Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest flakon do eksponowania kwiatów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac flakonu, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono flakon w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono flakon w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono flakon w pólwidoku z przodu i pólprzekroju. Jak pokazano na rysunku flakon ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus w ksztalcie wyoblonego do wewnatrz stozka scietego, którego wnetrze stanowi stozek sciety zakonczony dnem zawieszonym nad plaszczyzna dna korpusu o ksztalcie walcowego pierscienia. W górnej czesci zakonczenie korpusu stanowi pierscieniowa powierzchnia, która z jednej strony przechodzi w wewnetrzna powierzchnie o ksztalcie stozka scietego i zbieznosci w kierunku jego dna, natomiast z drugiej strony przechodzi w zewnetrzna powierzchnie w ksztalcie wyoblonego do wewnatrz stozka scietego i zbieznosci w kierunku góry korpusu, przy czym w dolnej czesci korpus zakonczony jest cienka opaska o ksztalcie walcowego pierscienia i grubosci identycznej jak korpus. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Flakon ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus w ksztalcie wyoblonego do wewnatrz stozka scietego, którego wnetrze stanowi stozek sciety zakonczony dnem zawieszonym nad plaszczyzna dna korpusu o ksztalcie walcowego pierscienia. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a top view, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a half-front view and a half-section. As shown in the drawing, the bottle has a monolithic, thin-walled body in the shape of an inwardly curved truncated cone, the interior of which is a truncated cone with a bottom suspended above the surface of the body's cylindrical ring-shaped bottom. In the upper part, the body ends in an annular surface, which on one side merges into an inner surface in the shape of a truncated cone, tapering towards its base, while on the other side merges into an outer surface in the shape of a truncated cone, rounded inwards, tapering towards the top of the body. At the bottom, the body ends in a thin band, shaped like a cylindrical ring, the same thickness as the body. Essential features of the industrial design: The bottle has a monolithic, thin-walled body in the shape of a truncated cone, rounded inwards, the interior of which is a truncated cone, ending in a bottom suspended above the surface of the cylindrical ring-shaped body. In the upper part, the body ends with an annular surface, which on one side turns into an internal surface in the shape of a truncated cone and converges towards its bottom, while on the other side turns into an external surface in the shape of a truncated cone rounded inwards and converges towards the top of the body, while in the lower part the body ends with a thin band in the shape of a cylindrical ring and of the same thickness as the body, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
