Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka do przeznaczona do eksponowania roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig 1 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono doniczke w pólwidoku z przodu i pólprzekroju. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o zewnetrznej powierzchni z tworzywa sztucznego, który ma w górnej czesci ksztalt walca polaczonego lagodnym lukiem ze stozkiem scietym. Wnetrze korpusu stanowi stozek sciety zakonczony dnem zawieszonym nad plaszczyzna dna korpusu. W górnej czesci zakonczenie korpusu stanowi póllukowa powierzchnia, która z jednej strony przechodzi w wewnetrzna powierzchnie o ksztalcie stozka scietego i zbieznosci w kierunku jego dna, natomiast z drugiej strony przechodzi w zewnetrzna powierzchnie w ksztalcie walca i stozka scietego o zbieznosci w kierunku góry korpusu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Doniczka ma monolityczny, cienkoscienny korpus o zewnetrznej powierzchni z tworzywa sztucznego, który ma w górnej czesci ksztalt walca polaczonego lagodnym lukiem ze stozkiem scietym. Wnetrze korpusu stanowi stozek sciety zakonczony dnem zawieszonym nad plaszczyzna dna korpusu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the flowerpot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the flowerpot from the front, Fig. 2 shows the flowerpot from the top, and Fig. 3 shows the flowerpot from a half-front view and a half-section. As shown in the drawing, the flowerpot has a monolithic, thin-walled body with a plastic outer surface, the upper part of which is cylindrical in shape, connected by a gentle arc to a truncated cone. The interior of the body is a truncated cone with a bottom suspended above the bottom surface of the body. The upper part of the body ends in a semi-arcous surface, which on one side merges into an internal surface in the shape of a truncated cone, tapering towards its base, while on the other side merges into an external surface in the shape of a cylinder and a truncated cone, tapering towards the top of the body. The essential features of the industrial design include a monolithic, thin-walled body with a plastic outer surface, which has a cylindrical shape in the upper part connected by a gentle arc to the truncated cone. The interior of the body is a truncated cone, terminating in a bottom suspended above the body's bottom plane.
