Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów.The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a pot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry.The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where in fig. 1 - the pot is shown in front view, fig. 2 - the pot is shown in top view.

Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma korpus w ksztalcie rozchylonego na zewnatrz kielicha, którego górna powierzchnia wraz z wywinieta na zewnatrz krawedzia ma gladka, polerowana powierzchnie, natomiast pozostala czesc korpusu jest matowa, przy czym wewnatrz doniczki jest dno zaopatrzone w cztery symetrycznie rozmieszczone walcowe kolki.- 2 - Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Doniczka ma korpus w ksztalcie rozchylonego na zewnatrz kielicha, którego górna powierzchnia (2) wraz z wywinieta na zewnatrz krawedzia (1) ma gladka, polerowana powierzchnie, natomiast pozostala czesc korpusu (3) jest matowa, przy czym wewnatrz doniczki jest dno zaopatrzone w cztery symetrycznie rozmieszczone walcowe kolki (4), jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2.As shown in the figure, the pot has a body in the shape of a cup that is flared outwards, the upper surface of which, together with the edge turned outside, has a smooth, polished surface, while the rest of the body is matt, and the inside of the pot is equipped with four symmetrically arranged cylindrical spikes. - 2 - Important features of the industrial design The flowerpot has a body in the shape of a cup which opens outwards, the upper surface (2) of which, together with the curved edge (1), has a smooth, polished surface, while the rest of the body (3) is matte, inside the pot there is a bottom provided with four symmetrically arranged cylindrical spikes (4) as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1 and fig. 2.
