Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest miska przeznaczona do sadzenia roslin lub umiesz- czania w niej doniczek z roslinami, która moze znalezc równiez zastosowanie jako pojemnik do poda- wania pokarmu zwierzetom domowym. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac miski, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przed- stawiono miske w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawiono miske w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 - przedsta- wiono miske w widoku od spodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku miska ma wyoblony lukowo do wewnatrz stozkowy korpus, który w dolnej czesci zaopatrzony jest w waska obwodowa, walcowa opaske, natomiast w górnej czesci korpus zakonczony jest pólokragla krawedzia. Górna srednica miski stanowi dla wewnetrznej czesci miski zakonczenie stozka scietego, zbieznego w kierunku dna miski, przy czym powierzchnia dna przebiega w jednej plaszczyznie z podstawa stozkowego korpusu w postaci waskiej obwodowej, wal- cowej opaski. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Miska ma wyoblony lukowo do wewnatrz stozkowy korpus, który w dolnej czesci zaopatrzony jest w waska obwodowa, walcowa opaske, natomiast w górnej czesci korpus zakonczony jest pól- okragla krawedzia. Górna srednica miski stanowi dla wewnetrznej czesci miski zakonczenie stozka scietego, zbieznego w kierunku dna miski, przy czym powierzchnia dna przebiega w jednej plaszczyz- nie z podstawa stozkowego korpusu w postaci waskiej obwodowej, walcowej opaski, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bowl, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bowl from the side, Fig. 2 shows the bowl from the top, and Fig. 3 shows the bowl from the bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bowl has an inwardly curved conical body, which is provided with a narrow, cylindrical rim at the bottom, while the upper part of the body is topped with a semicircular edge. The upper diameter of the bowl forms the inner end of a truncated cone, tapering towards the bottom of the bowl, with the bottom surface flush with the base of the conical body in the form of a narrow, cylindrical circumferential band. Essential features of the industrial design: The bowl has an inwardly arched conical body, which is provided with a narrow, cylindrical circumferential band at the bottom, while the upper end of the body is finished with a semi-circular edge. The upper diameter of the bowl forms the end of a truncated cone for the inner part of the bowl, tapering towards the bottom of the bowl, wherein the bottom surface runs in one plane with the base of the conical body in the form of a narrow circumferential, cylindrical band, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
