Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka przeznaczona do sadzenia roslin lub umiesz- czania w niej innych doniczek z roslinami. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przed- stawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma korpus zlozony ze stozka scietego, którego podstawa ma srednice mniejsza od jego górnej srednicy, wokól której jest pólokragly rant laczacy sie z boczna, lukowo wypukla czescia doniczki. Boczna, lukowo wypukla czesc stozka jest nieznacznie uniesiona ponad dno doniczki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Doniczka ma korpus zlozony ze stozka scietego, którego podstawa ma srednice mniejsza od jego górnej srednicy, wokól której jest pólokragly rant laczacy sie z boczna, lukowo wypukla czescia doniczki. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the flowerpot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of the individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - shows the flowerpot in a front view, and fig. 2 - shows the flowerpot in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the flowerpot has a body consisting of a truncated cone, the base of which has a diameter smaller than its upper diameter, around which there is a semicircular rim connecting with the side, arched convex part of the flowerpot. The side, arched convex part of the cone is slightly raised above the bottom of the flowerpot.
