Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka do sadzenia roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, na fig. 2 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku od strony jej dna. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma korpus w ksztalcie rozchylonego na zewnatrz kielicha, którego górna powierzchnia ma wywinieta na zewnatrz krawedz o gladkiej, polerowanej powierzchni, pod która umieszczone sa kaskadowo dwie pierscieniowe opaski o gladkiej, polerowanej powierzchni laczace sie z wkleslym korpusem doniczki o gladkiej, polerowanej powierzchni. Korpus ma w widoku z boku zarys o ksztalcie luku, natomiast w dnie doniczki jest uniesiona do góry jego srodkowa czesc, która ma ksztalt stozka scietego. Górna powierzchnia stozka scietego ma ksztalt kola i laczy sie z pobocznica stozka scietego za pomoca osmiu promieniowo umieszczonych laczników o ksztalcie prostokatów, przy czym obszary pomiedzy lacznikami stanowia wybrania o ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezów. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of a pot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the pot from the front, Fig. 2 shows the pot from above, and Fig. 3 shows the pot from its bottom view. As shown in the drawing, the pot has a body in the shape of an outwardly flared cup, the upper surface of which has an outwardly turned edge with a smooth, polished surface, under which two ring bands with a smooth, polished surface are cascaded, connecting with the concave body of the pot with a smooth, polished surface. In the side view, the body has an arc-shaped outline, while at the bottom of the pot its central part is raised up and has the shape of a truncated cone. The upper surface of the truncated cone has the shape of a circle and is connected to the side of the truncated cone using eight radially placed rectangular connectors, with the areas between the connectors being recesses similar to trapezoids.
