Doniczka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka do sadzenia roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma korpus w ksztalcie rozchylonego na zewnatrz kielicha spoczywajacego na nodze, którego górna powierzchnia ma wywinieta na zewnatrz krawedz o gladkiej, polerowanej powierzchni, pod która umieszczona jest opaska o chropowatej, zmatowionej powierzchni, a pod nia jest czasza kielicha o chropowatej, zmatowionej powierzchni, która podparta jest na rozszerzajacej sie w kierunku podstawy nodze kielicha o chropowatej, zmatowionej powierzchni, przy czym noge tworza trzy nalozone na siebie wyoblone cwierc-- 2 - pierscienie, a przewezenie doniczki w miejscu polaczenia czaszy kielicha z noga ma w widoku z boku zarys o ksztalcie luku. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the flowerpot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - shows the flowerpot in a front view, fig. 2 - shows the flowerpot in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the flowerpot has a body in the shape of an outwardly flared calyx resting on a leg, the upper surface of which has an outwardly turned-up edge with a smooth, polished surface, under which a band with a rough, matt surface is placed, and under it there is a bowl of the calyx with a rough, matt surface, which is supported on a leg of the calyx with a rough, matt surface widening towards the base, wherein the leg is formed by three superimposed rounded quarter-rings, and the narrowing of the flowerpot at the point of connection of the bowl of the calyx with the leg has an arc-shaped outline in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design The flowerpot has a body in the shape of a cup flared outwards resting on a leg, the upper surface of which has an outwardly turned-up edge with a smooth, polished surface, under which a band with a rough, matt surface is placed, and under it there is a bowl of the cup with a rough, matt surface, which is supported on a cup leg with a rough, matt surface that widens towards the base, the leg being formed by three superimposed rounded quarter rings, and the narrowing of the flowerpot at the point of connection of the bowl of the cup with the leg has an arc-shaped outline in a side view, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1 and fig. 2.
