-02 Doniczka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest doniczka do sadzenia roslin. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac doniczki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono doniczke w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku doniczka ma korpus w ksztalcie rozchylonego na zewnatrz kielicha, którego górna powierzchnia ma wywinieta na zewnatrz krawedz o gladkiej, polerowanej powierzchni, pod która umieszczone sa schodkowo dwie opaski o gladkiej polerowanej powierzchni, a pod nimi jest kolejna opaska o zmatowionej powierzchni i strukturze podobnej do wyoblonego na zewnatrz korpusu doniczki i jej podstawy.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Doniczka ma korpus w ksztalcie rozchylonego na zewnatrz kielicha, którego górna powierzchnia ma wywinieta na zewnatrz krawedz o gladkiej, polerowanej powierzchni, pod która umieszczone sa schodkowo dwie opaski o gladkiej polerowanej powierzchni, a pod nimi jest kolejna opaska o zmatowionej powierzchni i strukturze podobnej do wyoblonego na zewnatrz korpusu doniczki i jej podstawy, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2. - 2 - Szemikowie, Spólka Jawna KetyFig. 1 Fig. 2 PL-02 Flowerpot The subject of the industrial design is a flowerpot for planting. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the flowerpot, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where fig. 1 - shows the flowerpot in a front view, fig. 2 - shows the flowerpot in a top view. As shown in the drawing, the flowerpot has a body in the form of a flared cup, the upper surface of which has an outwardly turned-up edge with a smooth, polished surface, under which two bands with a smooth, polished surface are placed in a stepped manner, and under them there is another band with a matt surface and a structure similar to the body of the flowerpot and its base, which is rounded outwards.
