Abstract
The industrial design consists of the shape, configuration, ornamentation and pattern of the multi-tiered cupcake tray as shown in the drawings; the multi-tiered cupcake tray presents a circular tray having an outer lowest tier area with a series of circumferentially positioned identical equally spaced-apart generally cylindrical recessed areas each having with a generally flat bottom surface with a raised central area thereof; the lowest tier area also presents a circumferentially extending curved channel-like area in the top surface of the lowest tier extends between adjacent recessed areas; the multi-tiered cupcake tray also presents an intermediate tier area with a series of circumferentially positioned identical equally spaced-apart generally cylindrical recessed areas each having with a generally flat bottom surface; the intermediate tier area also presents a circumferentially extending curved channel-like area in the top surface thereof which extends between adjacent recessed areas; each recessed area of the intermediate tier also presents a curved depression in the outer surface thereof which merges into the side surface of the intermediate tier area; the multi-tiered cupcake tray further presents an upper tier area with circumferentially positioned identical equally spaced-apart generally cylindrical recessed areas each having with a generally flat bottom surface and a curved depression in the outer surface thereof which merges into the side surface of the upper tier area; the upper tier area also presents a recessed central flat surface area between the generally cylindrical recessed areas.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view from above of the design of the multi-tiered cupcake tray;Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 3 is a side view thereof;Fig. 4 is another side view of the multi-tiered cupcake tray; andFig. 5 is a bottom view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the present design.Diagrams of the design are included.
