Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape and configuration of the bottle as shown in the drawings; the first variant of the generally symmetrical bottle presents a circular base, the bottle widening gradually along the height of the bottle from the base and then curving inwards close to the top of the bottle; the bottle presents a cap-like section with a recessed top surface and an outwardly and downwards flared skirt portion which merges into a raised lower flared rim-like area; the upper section of the bottle presents an outer foil-like area which follows the contour of the adjacent area of the bottle.The second variant of the bottle presents a transparent bottle with a circular base and a recessed area therein, the transparent bottle widening gradually along the height of the transparent bottle from the base and then curving inwards close to the top of the bottle; the bottle presents a cap-like section with a recessed top surface and an outwardly and downwards flared skirt portion which merges into a raised lower flared rim-like area; the upper section of the bottle presents an outer foil-like area which follows the contour of the adjacent area of the bottle.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is an elevation view of the design of a first variant of a bottle;Fig. 2 is a top perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a top view thereof;Fig. 4 is an elevation view of a second variant of the bottle;Fig. 5 is a top perspective view thereof; andFig. 6 is a top view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the present design.Diagrams of the design are included.
