PL 25455 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oslonka na doniczke z ozdobnym azurowym ornamen- tem, przeznaczona do umieszczania w niej doniczki z roslinami lub tez bezposrednio podloza dla roslin, zwlaszcza roslin ozdobnych, w tym kwiatów. Oslonka na doniczki z ozdobnym azurowym ornamentem wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wykonana z dowolnego materialu w dowolnym kolorze. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu, ukladzie linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów, zdobieniu powierzchni, a w szczególnosci na unikalnym wzorze azurowej ornamentacji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach Fig. 1, Fig. 2 oraz Fig. 3. Oslonka na doniczke posiada obrys w postaci prostokata o zaokraglonych koncach, a jego scianki powierzchni bocznej, w ich górnej krawedzi rozchylaja sie na zewnatrz tworzac lagodne zadaszenie zewnetrznego obwodu doniczki, siegajace okolo polowy wysokosci scianki, przy czym utworzone zada- szenie posiada charakterystyczny azurowy ornament w postaci regularnego i powtarzajacego sie mo- tywu, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, oraz Fig. 3, przy czym na wszystkich ilustracjach oslonki na doniczke przed- stawiono z elementami montazowymi, które nie sa objete ochrona. Na Fig. 1 przedstawiono oslonke na doniczke na neutralnym tle. Na Fig. 2 przedstawiono ilustracje oslonki na doniczke w róznych warian- tach kolorystycznych. Na Fig. 3 przedstawiono oslonke na doniczke w przykladzie wykonania poprzez umieszczenie jej w na przykladowym balkonie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego, oslonki na doniczki jest to, iz oslonka na doniczke posiada obrys w postaci prostokata o zaokraglonych koncach, a jego scianki powierzchni bocznej, w ich górnej krawedzi rozchylaja sie na zewnatrz tworzac lagodne zadaszenie zewnetrznego obwodu doniczki, sie- gajace okolo polowy wysokosci scianki, przy czym utworzone zadaszenie posiada charakterystyczny azurowy ornament w postaci regularnego i powtarzajacego sie motywu, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, oraz Fig. 3, przy czym na wszystkich ilustracjach oslonki na doniczke przedstawiono z elementami montazowymi, które nie sa objete ochrona. The flowerpot cover with a decorative openwork ornament, as per the industrial design, can be made of any material in any color. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, the arrangement of the outline lines of individual elements, the surface decoration, and in particular the unique pattern of the openwork ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3. The flowerpot cover has an outline in the form of a rectangle with rounded ends, and its side walls, at their upper edge, flare outward, creating a gentle roof around the outer perimeter of the flowerpot, reaching approximately half the height of the wall, the created roof having a characteristic openwork ornament in the form of a regular and repeating motif, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, wherein in all illustrations the flowerpot cover is shown with mounting elements, which are not covered by protection. Fig. 1 shows the flowerpot cover on a neutral background. Fig. 2 presents illustrations of the flowerpot cover in various color variants. Fig. 3 shows an example of an embodiment of a flowerpot cover placed on an exemplary balcony. Essential features of the industrial design: An essential feature of the industrial design of a flowerpot cover is that the flowerpot cover has an outline in the form of a rectangle with rounded ends, and its side walls, at their upper edge, flare outward, creating a gentle roof over the outer circumference of the flowerpot, reaching approximately half the height of the wall, wherein the created roof has a characteristic openwork ornament in the form of a regular and repeating motif, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, wherein in all illustrations the flowerpot cover is shown with mounting elements that are not covered by protection.
