Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie zdobieniem, kolorystyka, elementami dekoru, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in four varieties, differing in ornamentation, color scheme, and decorative elements, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) Grave candle shade with a rose-shaped decor in black with transparent elements and a rose-shaped decor – fig. 1. 2) Grave candle shade with a cross-shaped decor in black with transparent elements and a cross-shaped decor – fig. 2. 3) Grave candle shade with a rose-shaped decor in silver with transparent elements and a rose-shaped decor – fig. 3. 4) Grave candle shade with a cross-shaped decor in silver with transparent elements and a cross-shaped decor – fig. 4. The grave candle shade according to the industrial design has the form of a transparent vase, made of thick glass, covered with paint creating a stained glass effect, and the decor which is applied three times and placed in an oval-shaped circle. The bottom of the lampshade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the lampshade's diameter elsewhere. The bottom of the lampshade is designed to be placed in the base of the candle, and a cap is placed over the opening. The areas hidden in the base and cap are devoid of any decoration and covered with a uniform paint. Essential features of the industrial design: Variation 1, shown in the photo as Fig. 1, shows the lampshade for a gravestone candle according to the corresponding variant, in a perspective side view. It is characterized by the fact that the lampshade for the industrial design takes the form of a transparent, thick, rounded glass vase. The shape of the vase is similar to a sphere, possibly slightly flattened, but the bottom of the container is a flat plate with vertical side walls and is designed to be placed in the base of the candle. The opening has a vertical collar over which a cap is placed. In version 1, the collar of the candle's opening is painted with black metallic paint, extending down approximately ¼ of the surface. On the other side, the collar of the candle's base and ¼ of the surface are painted similarly. Its outer surface, except for the bottom and collar areas on the side walls, is decorated with stained glass painted in black with irregular, transparent surfaces in the shapes of irregular rectangles and trapezoids, creating a mesh effect. Beyond the painted surface, the side surface of the shade is decorated with a black stained glass element in the shape of a rose, set within an oval frame. The decoration is applied three times in the center of the shade. It is monochromatic in black metallic paint, like the rest of the stained glass painted on the shade. Variation 2, shown in the photo as Fig. 2, shows a side perspective view of the grave candle shade of the corresponding variety. It is characterized by the fact that the industrial-style grave candle shade takes the form of a transparent, thick, rounded glass vase. The vase's shape is similar to a sphere, possibly slightly flattened, but the bottom of the container is a flat plate with vertical side walls and is designed to be placed in the base of the grave candle. The opening has a vertical flange over which the cap is placed. In version 1, the collar of the candle's opening is painted with black metallic paint, extending down approximately ¼ of the surface. On the other side, the collar of the candle's base and ¼ of the surface are painted similarly. Its outer surface, except for the bottom and collar areas on the side walls, is decorated with stained glass painted in black with irregular transparent surfaces in the shapes of irregular rectangles and trapezoids, creating a mesh effect. It is characterized by the fact that the industrial-style candle shade takes the form of a transparent, thick, rounded glass vase. It is characterized by an industrial-style candle holder in the form of a transparent, thick, rounded glass vase. The vase's shape is similar to a sphere, or perhaps slightly flattened, but the bottom of the container is a flat plate with vertical sides designed to fit into the candle's base. The opening has a vertical flange over which a cap is placed. In version 1, the collar of the candle's opening is painted with silver metallic paint, extending down approximately ¼ of the surface, while on the other side, the collar of the candle's base and ¼ of the surface are painted similarly. Its exterior surface, except for the underside and the collar on the side walls, is decorated with silver-painted stained glass with irregular transparent surfaces in the shapes of irregular rectangles and trapezoids, creating a mesh effect.
