Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie kolorystyka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Spód klosza jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza, a na otwór zaklada sie kapturek. Trzy czwarte powierzchni zewnetrznej klosza pokryta jest witrazem. Elementów tego zdobienia pozbawiony jest spód klosza z jego pionowa scianka boczna oraz rejon otworu, czyli rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku oraz czesc w której znajduje sie dekor w ksztalcie rózy, który umieszczony jest w owalnej obwódce. Wszystkie odmiany posiadaja witraz, który na czesci dolnej rozszerzajacej sie oraz na górnej zwezajacej sie wykonany jest z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in four varieties, differing in color scheme and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. The lampshade of the industrial lampshade has the form of a transparent, thick glass vase, with a round cross-section, widening quickly from the base and then narrowing gently upwards, taking on a tubular shape near the edge of the opening. The bottom of the lampshade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the diameter of the lampshade at its widest point. The underside of the shade is designed to be inserted into the base of the votive candle, and a cap is placed over the opening. Three-quarters of the outer surface of the shade is covered with stained glass. The underside of the shade, with its vertical side wall, and the area around the opening—the areas hidden in the base and cap—are devoid of this decorative element. These areas include the rose-shaped decoration, which is set within an oval border. All varieties feature stained glass, which is made of small, irregular pieces of glass on the widening lower section and the narrowing upper section. The space between the pieces is filled with a grout. Essential features of the industrial design: The shade of the grave candle, according to the industrial design, takes the form of a glass vase with a circular cross-section, rapidly widening upwards from the base and then tapering gently. The side surfaces of the shade are covered with stained glass, except for the bottom with its vertical wall, the area near the opening itself, and the part where the rose decoration is placed. The stained glass is made of irregular pieces of fine glass, with inserts of a different color representing the shape of a flower. The space between the pieces is filled with a grout. In all varieties, this grout is dark, in a shade of gray. The first variety, shown in Fig. 1, is characterized by the fact that the entire piece is made of glass in various shades of silver with black inserts symbolizing the rose flower. The central part of the shade, approximately one-quarter of which is separated by an oval ring containing a rose-shaped decoration in a color stylized to resemble antique silver. The second variant, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized by the fact that the entire piece is made of glass in various shades of gold with black inserts symbolizing a rose flower. Approximately one-quarter of the central part of the shade is separated by an oval ring containing a rose-shaped decoration in a color resembling old gold. The third variant, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized by the fact that the entire piece is made of glass in various shades of black with silver inserts symbolizing a rose flower.
