Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. The essence of a pattern is a characteristic form of the pattern object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation and colors used.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie kolorystyka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. The object of the industrial design is made in four varieties, with different colors and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration.

Klosz znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac przezroczystego, szklanego wazonu z grubego szkla, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym, rozszerzajacego sie szybko od podstawy, a nastepnie zwezajacego sie lagodnie ku górze, przyjmujac ksztalt rurowy w poblizu krawedzi otworu. The lampshade of the candle, according to the industrial design, is in the form of a transparent, thick glass vase with a round cross-section, expanding rapidly from the base, and then tapering gently upwards, assuming a tubular shape near the edge of the opening.

Spód klosza jest plaskim talerzykiem o pionowych sciankach bocznych i srednicy mniejszej od srednicy klosza w najszerszym miejscu. Elementów tego zdobienia pozbawiony jest tylko spód klosza z jego pionowa scianka boczna oraz rejon otworu, czyli rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku. Wszystkie odmiany posiadaja witraz, który na czesci dolnej rozszerzajacej sie oraz na górnej zwezajacej sie wykonany jest z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. Witraz jest wykonany z nieregularnych kawalków drobnego szkla, z wstawkami innego koloru które obrazuja forme kwiatu. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. We wszystkich odmianach, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci. The stained glass is made of irregular pieces of fine glass, with inserts of a different color which depict the shape of a flower. The space between the slides is filled with a fugue. In all varieties it is a dark gray grout.

Górna czesc klosza w ilosci okolo ¼ pokryta jest jednolitym witrazem szklanym transparentnym o odcieniach koloru zlotego. Odmiana druga przedstawiona na fig. 2 charakteryzuje sie tym iz calosc jest wykonana ze szkla o róznych odcieniach koloru bialego z wstawkami w kolorze czarnym symbolizujace kwiat rózy. Górna czesc klosza, w ilosci okolo ¼ pokryta jest jednolitym witrazem szklanym transparentnym o odcieniach koloru srebrnego. Odmiana trzecia przedstawiona na fig. 3 charakteryzuje sie tym iz calosc jest wykonana ze szkla o róznych odcieniach koloru srebrnego bialego z wstawkami w kolorze czarnym symbolizujace kwiat rózy. Górna czesc klosza, w ilosci okolo ¼ pokryta jest jednolitym witrazem szklanym transparentnym o odcieniach koloru srebrnego. The fourth variant shown in Fig. 4 is characterized by the fact that it is entirely made of glass of various shades of black with silver inserts symbolizing the rose flower.
