PL 25276 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru jest klosz znicza nagrobkowego. Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie kolorystyka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Wykaz odmian: 1) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem z przewaga koloru zlotego z czarnymi elementami w motywie rózy – fig. 1. 2) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem z przewaga koloru bialego z czarnymi elementami w motywie rózy – fig. 2. 3) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem z przewaga koloru srebrnego z czarnymi elementami w motywie rózy – fig. 3. 4) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem z przewaga koloru czarnego ze srebrnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy – fig. 4. Spód klosza jest plaskim talerzykiem o pionowych sciankach bocznych i srednicy mniejszej od srednicy klosza w najszerszym miejscu. Spód klosza jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza, a na otwór zaklada sie kapturek. Prawie cala powierzchnia zewnetrzna klosza pokryta jest witrazem. Elementów tego zdobienia pozbawiony jest tylko spód klosza z jego pionowa scianka boczna oraz rejon otworu, czyli rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku. Wszystkie odmiany posiadaja witraz, który na czesci dolnej rozszerzajacej sie oraz na górnej zwezajacej sie wykonany jest z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klosz znicza nagrobkowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac szklanego wazonu o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym, rozszerzajacego sie szybko w góre od podstawy, a nastepnie zwezajacego sie lagodnie. Powierzchnia boczna klosza pokryta jest witrazem, za wyjatkiem spodu z jego scianka pionowa oraz rejonu przy samym otworze. Witraz jest wykonany z nieregularnych kawalków drobnego szkla, z wstawkami innego koloru które obrazuja forme kwiatu. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. We wszystkich odmianach, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci. Odmiana pierwsza przedstawiona na fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie tym iz calosc jest wykonana ze szkla o róznych odcieniach koloru zlotego z wstawkami w kolorze czarnym symbolizujace kwiat rózy. Górna czesc klosza w ilosci okolo ¼ pokryta jest jednolitym witrazem szklanym transparentnym o odcieniach koloru zlotego. Odmiana druga przedstawiona na fig. 2 charakteryzuje sie tym iz calosc jest wykonana ze szkla o róznych odcieniach koloru bialego z wstawkami w kolorze czarnym symbolizujace kwiat rózy. Górna czesc klosza, w ilosci okolo ¼ pokryta jest jednolitym witrazem szklanym transparentnym o odcieniach koloru srebrnego. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in four varieties, differing in color scheme and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) Shade for a grave candle with a stained glass window in predominantly gold with black elements in a rose motif – fig. 1. 2) Shade for a grave candle with a stained glass window in predominantly white with black elements in a rose motif – fig. 2. 3) Shade for a grave candle with a stained glass window in predominantly silver with black elements in a rose motif – fig. 3. 4) Shade for a grave candle with a stained glass window in predominantly black with silver elements in the shape of a rose – fig. 4. The shade for a grave candle, according to the industrial design, has the form of a transparent, thick glass vase, with a round cross-section, expanding rapidly from the base and then narrowing gently upwards, taking on a tubular shape near the edge of the opening. The bottom of the shade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the shade's diameter at its widest point. The bottom of the shade is designed to be placed in the base of the votive candle, and a cap is placed over the opening. Almost the entire outer surface of the shade is covered with stained glass. Only the bottom of the shade, with its vertical side wall, and the area around the opening, i.e., the areas hidden in the base and cap, are devoid of this decorative element. All varieties feature stained glass, which is made of small, irregular pieces of glass on the widening lower part and the narrowing upper part. The space between the pieces is filled with grout. Significant features of the industrial design: The shade of the grave candle, according to the industrial design, takes the form of a glass vase with a circular cross-section, rapidly widening upwards from the base and then tapering gently. The side surfaces of the shade are covered with stained glass, except for the bottom with its vertical wall and the area near the opening itself. The stained glass is made of irregular pieces of fine glass, with inserts of a different color representing the shape of a flower. The space between the pieces is filled with grout. In all varieties, this grout is dark, a shade of gray. The first variety, shown in Fig. 1, is characterized by the entire structure being made of glass in various shades of gold with black inserts symbolizing the rose flower. The upper part of the shade, approximately ¼ of which is covered with a uniform, transparent stained glass in shades of gold. The second variety, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized by the entire structure being made of glass in various shades of white with black inserts symbolizing the rose flower. The upper part of the shade, approximately ¼, is covered with a uniform, transparent stained glass in shades of silver. The third variant, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized by the fact that the entire structure is made of glass in various shades of silver-white with black inserts symbolizing a rose flower. The fourth variant, shown in Fig. 4, is characterized by the fact that the entire structure is made of glass in various shades of black with silver inserts symbolizing a rose flower.
