Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w dwóch odmianach, rózniacych sie kolorystyka, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Wykaz odmian: 1) Znicz nagrobkowy ceramiczny w kolorze bialym z dekorem, w srodkowej czesci znicza znaj- duje sie dekor w ksztalcie krzyza przepleciony galazka oliwna. Spód znicza zakon- czony jest podstawa w ksztalcie stozka o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy klosza w najszerszym miejscu. Góra znicza zamknieta jest pokrywa ruchoma z krzyzem na górze pokrywy. W centralnej czesci znicza umieszczony jest dekor plastikowy przepleciony galazka oliwna. Wszystkie odmiany znicza posiadaja otwory w ksztalcie rombu umozliwiajace palenie sie ognia wewnatrz znicza. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in two varieties, differing in color scheme, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) A white ceramic grave candle with a decorative pattern. The central part of the candle features a cross-shaped decoration interwoven with an olive branch. The decoration is stylized to resemble antique silver – Fig. 1, 2) A ceramic grave candle with a black decoration, with a decoration in the center of the candle featuring a cross-shaped decoration interwoven with an olive branch – Fig. 2. The industrial-style candle takes the form of a ceramic vase made of thick, burnt ceramic, with a circular cross-section, widening rapidly from the base and then tapering gently upwards, taking on a tubular shape near the edge of the opening. The bottom of the candle terminates in a cone-shaped base with a diameter greater than the diameter of the lampshade at its widest point. The top of the candle is closed with a movable lid with a cross at the top of the lid. In the central part of the candle, a plastic decoration interwoven with an olive branch is placed. All grave candle varieties feature diamond-shaped holes that allow the flame to burn inside. Essential features of the industrial design: The grave candle, according to the industrial design, takes the form of a ceramic vase with a circular cross-section, widening rapidly upward from the base and then tapering gently. The central part of the candle features a cross-shaped decoration interwoven with branches. The candle is made of ceramic and covered with a ceramic lacquer. The sides of the candle have diamond-shaped holes that allow air circulation in both varieties. The first variety, shown in Fig. 1 (view with decoration) and 1/1 (view from the opposite side), is characterized by being made entirely of ceramic and covered with a white lacquer. In the central part of the lantern, a cross-shaped decoration is placed in a color resembling antique silver. The lantern is covered with a ceramic lid, also coated in white polish. On top of the lid, a ceramic cross is placed, also coated in white polish. The bottom of the lantern is topped with a cone-shaped base with a diameter larger than the diameter of the shade at its widest point, constituting the entire lantern. The second version, shown in Fig. 2 (view with decoration) and 2/2 (view from the opposite side), is characterized by the fact that the entire lantern is made of ceramic and coated with black polish. In the central part of the lantern, a cross-shaped decoration is placed in a color resembling antique gold. The lantern is covered with a ceramic lid, also coated with black polish. A ceramic cross, also coated in black, is placed on top of the lid.
