Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnej ornamentacji. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in original ornamentation. The industrial design is shown in the illustrations: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The grave candle decoration is in the form of a stick-on application in the form of a vertical column with characteristic colors, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The industrial design may occur in four varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. Variations of the industrial design differ in color. And so: 1. Variation I – a black column with a characteristic gold pattern, as in Fig. 1. 2. Variation II – a black column with a characteristic silver pattern, as in Fig. 2. 3. Variation III – a black column with a characteristic rhomboidal ornamentation in gold, as in Fig. 3. 4. Variation IV – a black column with a characteristic rhomboidal ornamentation in silver, as in Fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that it is a glued-on application in the form of a vertical column with characteristic colors, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4.
