PL 27244 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba znicza nagrobnego przeznaczona do jej aplikacji na zniczach/lampionach nagrobnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku: Fig. 1. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in an original shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing: Fig. 1. A grave candle decoration in the form of a stick-on application in the form of a heart with a decoration in the form of a characteristic rose flower placed along the left side of the heart, with three visible leaf sprigs, one leaf on each, together with a vine in the lower part of the flower with another three leaves and an inscription, wherein the content of the inscription and the colour of the heart do not constitute the subject of the industrial design, as in Fig. 1. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the grave candle decoration is in the form of a stick-on application in the form of a heart with a decoration in the form of a characteristic rose flower placed along the left side of the heart, with three visible leaf sprigs, one leaf on each, together with a vine in the lower part of the flower with another three leaves and an inscription, wherein the content of the inscription and the colour of the heart do not constitute the subject of the industrial design, as in Fig. 1.
