Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape and line arrangement. The industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The grave candle decoration is in the form of a stick-on application in the form of a vertical column of an individual shape with a characteristic visualization of a rose flower, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The industrial design may occur in three varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. The varieties of the industrial design differ in the colour of the column and the colour of the rose, and so: Variation I – grave candle decoration with a white column and a gold-coloured rose, as in Fig. 1. Variation II – grave candle decoration with a black column and a silver-coloured rose, as in Fig. 2. Variation III – grave candle decoration with a black column and a gold-coloured rose, as in Fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the grave candle decoration is in the form of a stick-on application in the form of a vertical column of an individual shape with a characteristic visualisation of a rose flower, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3.
