PL 27564 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba znicza nagrobnego przeznaczona do jej aplikacji na zniczach/lampionach nagrobnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, oraz Fig. 5, przy czym na Fig. 5 przedstawiono wzór w przykladzie wykonania na kloszu. Ozdoba znicza w formie naklejanej aplikacji w formie wykonanej z ekoskóry charakterystycznej smugi z charakterystyczna obwoluta, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, oraz Fig. 5. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in its original shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5, wherein Fig. 5 shows the design in an example embodiment on a lampshade. The grave candle decoration is in the form of a stick-on application made of eco-leather in the form of a characteristic streak with a characteristic cover, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5. The industrial design may occur in four varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. The industrial design variants differ in the color of the streak and the cover, as follows: 1. Variation I – black grave candle decoration with a silver cover, as in Fig. 1. 2. Variation II – black grave candle decoration with a gold cover, as in Fig. 2, and Fig. 5. 3. Variation III – white grave candle decoration with a gold cover, as in Fig. 3. 4. Variation IV – white grave candle decoration with a silver cover, as in Fig. 4. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the grave candle decoration is in the form of a glued application in the form of a characteristic streak made of eco-leather with a characteristic cover, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5.
