PL 27565 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba znicza nagrobnego przeznaczona do jej aplikacji na zniczach/lampionach nagrobnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku: Fig. 1, oraz Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, oraz Fig. 5, przy czym na Fig. 5 przedstawiono wzór w przykladzie wykonania na kloszu. Ozdoba znicza w formie naklejanej aplikacji w formie wykonanego z ekoskóry serca z charakte- rystyczna obwoluta i dwoma wewnetrznymi smugami, oraz napisem, przy czym tresc napisu nie jest objeta ochrona, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, oraz Fig. 5. Wzór przemyslowy moze wystepowac w 4 odmianach, przy czym wskazane powyzej elementy stanowia ich cechy wspólne. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, and Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5, where Fig. 5 shows an example of the design on a lampshade. A grave candle decoration in the form of a glued application in the form of a heart made of eco-leather with a characteristic cover and two internal streaks, and an inscription, the content of which is not covered by protection, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5. The industrial design may appear in 4 varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. The variants of the industrial design differ in the color of the heart, streaks, and the cover, and so on: 1. Variation I – a black candle decoration with gold accents, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. 5. 2. Variation II – a black candle decoration with silver accents, as in Fig. 2. 3. Variation III – a white candle decoration with silver accents, as in Fig. 3. 4. Variation IV – a white candle decoration with gold accents, as in Fig. 4.
