Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ornamentacji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracjach: Fig. 1, oraz Fig. 2. Ozdoba znicza w postaci naklejanej aplikacji w formie charakterystycznego papirusu z obwoluta i napisem, przy czym tresc napisu nie podlega ochronie i moze byc rózna, jak na Fig. 1, oraz Fig. 2. Wzór przemyslowy moze wystepowac w 2 odmianach, przy czym wskazane powyzej elementy stanowia ich cechy wspólne. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie kolorystyka. I tak: Odmiana I – czarny papirus ze zlota obwoluta i napisem, jak na Fig. 1. Odmiana II – bialy papirus ze srebrna obwoluta i napisem, jak na Fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape and ornamentation. The industrial design is shown in the illustrations: Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The grave candle decoration is a stick-on application in the form of a characteristic papyrus with a cover and an inscription, the content of which is not subject to protection and may vary, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The industrial design may exist in two varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. Variations of the industrial design differ in color. And so: Variation I – black papyrus with a gold cover and an inscription, as in Fig. 1. Variation II – white papyrus with a silver cover and an inscription, as in Fig. 2. Essential features of an industrial design An essential feature of an industrial design is that it is a glued application in the form of a characteristic papyrus with a cover and an inscription, while the content of the inscription is not subject to protection and may be different, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
