PL 27563 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba znicza nagrobnego przeznaczona do jej aplikacji na zniczach/lampionach nagrobnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku: Fig. 1, oraz Fig. 2. Ozdoba znicza w formie naklejanej aplikacji w formie zwoju papirusu z gesim piórem, gdzie ksztalt papirusu i pióra zakreslony jest charakterystyczna obwoluta, oraz napisu, przy czym tresc napisu nie stanowi przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego, jak na Fig. 1, oraz Fig. 2. Wzór przemyslowy moze wystepowac w 2 odmianach, przy czym wskazane powyzej elementy stanowia ich cechy wspólne. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie kolorystyka obwoluty, i tak: 1. Odmiana I – ozdoba znicza ze srebrna obwoluta, jak na Fig. 1. 2. Odmiana II – ozdoba znicza ze zlota obwoluta, jak na Fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, and Fig. 2. The grave candle decoration is in the form of a stick-on application in the form of a papyrus scroll with a goose feather, where the shape of the papyrus and feather is outlined by a characteristic wrapper, and an inscription, where the content of the inscription does not constitute the subject of the industrial design, as in Fig. 1, and Fig. 2. The industrial design may occur in two varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. The variants of the industrial design differ in the color of the cover, as follows: 1. Variant I – a candle decoration with a silver cover, as in Fig. 1. 2. Variant II – a candle decoration with a gold cover, as in Fig. 2. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the candle decoration is in the form of a glued application in the form of a papyrus scroll with a goose feather, where the shape of the papyrus and the feather is outlined by a characteristic cover, and an inscription, the content of the inscription is not the subject of the industrial design, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. An essential feature of the industrial design is that it can appear in two variants, where the elements indicated above constitute their common features, as in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
