PL 28006 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba znicza nagrobnego przeznaczona do jej aplikacji na zniczach/lampionach nagrobnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ornamentacji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracjach: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, oraz Fig. 3. Ozdoba znicza w postaci naklejanej aplikacji w formie charakterystycznej kolumny skladajacej sie z trzech serc o róznych rozmiarach, ukladanych jedno na drugim, z charakterystycznymi obwolutami i napisami umieszczonymi w kazdym z nich, przy czym tresc napisów nie podlega ochronie i moze byc rózna, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, oraz Fig. 3. Wzór przemyslowy moze wystepowac w 3 odmianach, przy czym wskazane powyzej elementy stanowia ich cechy wspólne. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie kolorystyka. I tak: 1. Odmiana I – biale serca, ze srebrnymi napisami i obwolutami, jak na Fig. 1. 2. Odmiana II – czarne serca, ze srebrnymi napisami i obwolutami, jak na Fig. 2. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape and ornamentation. The industrial design is shown in the illustrations: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The grave candle decoration is a stick-on application in the form of a characteristic column consisting of three hearts of different sizes, stacked one on top of the other, with characteristic covers and inscriptions placed in each of them, where the content of the inscriptions is not subject to protection and may vary, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The industrial design may occur in three varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. Variations of the industrial design differ in color. And so: 1. Variety I – white hearts, with silver inscriptions and covers, as in Fig. 1. 2. Variety II – black hearts, with silver inscriptions and covers, as in Fig. 2. 3. Variety III – black hearts, with gold inscriptions and covers, as in Fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that it is a glued application in the form of a characteristic column consisting of three hearts of different sizes, placed one on the other, with characteristic covers and inscriptions placed in each of them, while the content of the inscriptions is not subject to protection and may be different, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3.
