PL 26882 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdoba znicza nagrobnego przeznaczona do jej aplikacji na zniczach/lampionach nagrobnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, oraz Fig. 5. Ozdoba znicza w formie naklejanej aplikacji w formie pionowej pletwy z wypukloscia skierowanej na lewa strone i charakterystycznym zdobieniem w postaci pnacza na wysokosci pletwy z napisem przecinajacym pnacze w srodku wysokosci pletwy, przy czym tresc napisu nie stanowi przedmiotu zastrzezenia wzoru przemyslowego, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, oraz Fig. 5. Wzór przemyslowy moze wystepowac w 5 odmianach, przy czym wskazane powyzej elementy stanowia ich cechy wspólne. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie kolorem pletwy i kolorem pnacza, i tak: 1. Odmiana I – ozdoba znicza z pletwa w kolorze bialym i pnaczem w kolorze srebrnym, jak na Fig. 1. 2. Odmiana II – ozdoba znicza z pletwa w kolorze bialym i pnaczem w kolorze zlotym, jak na Fig. 2. 3. Odmiana III – ozdoba znicza z pletwa w kolorze czarnym i pnaczem w kolorze zlotym, jak na Fig. 3. 4. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in an original shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5. A grave candle decoration in the form of a glued-on application in the form of a vertical fin with a convexity directed to the left and a characteristic decoration in the form of a creeper at the height of the fin with an inscription crossing the vine in the middle of the fin height, wherein the content of the inscription is not the subject of the industrial design claim, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5. The industrial design may appear in 5 varieties, where the elements indicated above constitute their common features. The industrial design variations differ in the color of the fin and the color of the vine, as follows: 1. Variation I – grave candle decoration with a white fin and a silver vine, as in Fig. 1. 2. Variation II – grave candle decoration with a white fin and a gold vine, as in Fig. 2. 3. Variation III – grave candle decoration with a black fin and a gold vine, as in Fig. 3. 4. Variation IV – grave candle decoration with a black fin and a silver vine, as in Fig. 4. Variant V – a candle decoration with a black fin and a white vine, as in Fig. 5.
