Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie kolory- styka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Spód klosza jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza, a na otwór zaklada sie kapturek. Trzy czwarte powierzchni zewnetrznej klosza pokryta jest witrazem. Elementów tego zdobienia pozbawiony jest spód klosza z jego pionowa scianka boczna oraz rejon otworu, czyli rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku oraz czesc w której znajduje sie dekor w ksztalcie rózy, który umieszczony jest w owalnej obwódce. Wszystkie odmiany posiadaja witraz, który na czesci dolnej rozszerzajacej sie oraz na górnej zwezajacej sie wykonany jest z drobnych nieregular- nych kawalków szkla. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klosz znicza nagrobkowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac szklanego wazonu o okra- glym przekroju poprzecznym, rozszerzajacego sie szybko w góre od podstawy, a nastepnie zwezaja- cego sie lagodnie. Powierzchnia boczna klosza pokryta jest witrazem, za wyjatkiem spodu z jego scianka pionowa, rejonu przy samym spodzie zdobiony jest dekorem w ksztalcie plomienia ognia. Dekor umieszczony jest trzykrotnie. Witraz jest wykonany z nieregularnych kawalków drobnego szkla, z wstawkami innego koloru które obrazuja forme kwiatu. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. We wszystkich od- mianach, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in four varieties, differing in color scheme and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) A grave candle shade with a stained glass element with a predominant gold color and black elements in a rose motif, in the lower part of the shade there is a "flame of fire" decoration placed three times, stylized to resemble old gold – fig. 1, 2) A grave candle shade with a stained glass element with a predominant brown color, in the lower part of the shade there is a "flame of fire" decoration placed three times, stylized to resemble old gold – fig. 2, 3) A grave candle shade with a stained glass element with a predominant silver color, in the lower part of the shade there is a "flame of fire" decoration placed three times, stylized to resemble old silver – fig. 3, 4) A grave candle shade with a stained glass element in shimmering, transparent, multi-colored shades, in the lower part of the shade there is a "flame of fire" decoration placed three times, stylized to resemble old silver – Fig. 4. The industrial-style candle shade takes the form of a transparent, thick glass vase with a circular cross-section, widening rapidly from the base and then tapering gently upwards, taking on a tubular shape near the edge of the opening. The bottom of the shade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the diameter of the shade at its widest point. The bottom of the shade is designed to be inserted into the base of the candle, and a cap is placed over the opening. Three-quarters of the outer surface of the shade is covered with stained glass. The bottom of the shade, with its vertical side wall, and the area around the opening, i.e., the areas hidden in the base and cap, and the part containing the rose-shaped decoration, which is set within an oval rim, are devoid of this decorative element. All varieties feature stained glass, which is made of small, irregular pieces of glass on the lower, widening section and the upper, narrowing section. The space between the panes is filled with grout. Essential features of the industrial design: The shade of the grave candle, according to the industrial design, takes the form of a glass vase with a circular cross-section, widening rapidly upwards from the base and then tapering gently. The side surfaces of the shade are covered with stained glass, except for the bottom with its vertical wall. The area near the very bottom is decorated with a flame-shaped decoration. The decoration is placed three times. The stained glass is made of irregular pieces of fine glass, with inserts of a different color illustrating the shape of a flower. The space between the panes is filled with grout. In all varieties, this is a dark gray grout. The first variety, shown in Fig. 1, is characterized by the lower ¼ of the shade's surface being decorated with black glass, while the remaining portion of the shade is made of glass in various shades of gold with black inserts symbolizing a rose flower. The lower part of the shade features a "flame of fire" decoration placed three times, stylized to resemble old gold. The second variety, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized by the lower ¼ of the shade's surface being decorated with black glass, while the remaining portion of the shade is made of glass in various shades of brown.
