Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. The essence of a design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface decoration and the colors used.

Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie kolorystyka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. The industrial design is available in four varieties, differing in color and stained glass elements, as shown in the attached illustration.

Wykaz odmian: 1) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem w kolorze lustrzanego zlota w 2/3 powierzchni pokryty jest lustrzanymi krysztalkami szklanymi, tworzacymi witraz. Klosz znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac przezroczystego, szklanego wazonu z grubego szkla, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym, rozszerzajacego sie szybko od podstawy, a nastepnie zwezajacego sie lagodnie ku górze, przyjmujac ksztalt rurowy w poblizu krawedzi otworu. The lampshade, following an industrial design, takes the form of a transparent, thick glass vase with a circular cross-section, widening rapidly from the base, then tapering gently upwards, taking on a tubular shape near the edge of the opening.
