Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w szesciu odmianach, rózniacych sie kolorystyka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Wykaz odmian: 1) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem z przewaga koloru fioletowego – fig. 1, 2) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem z przewaga koloru zielonego – fig. 2, 3) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z witrazem z przewaga koloru bialego – fig. 3. Klosz znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac przezroczystego, szklanego wazonu z grubego szkla, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym, rozszerzajacego sie szybko od podstawy, a na- stepnie zwezajacego sie lagodnie ku górze, przyjmujac ksztalt rurowy w poblizu krawedzi otworu. Spód klosza jest plaskim talerzykiem o pionowych sciankach bocznych i srednicy mniejszej od srednicy klosza w najszerszym miejscu. Spód klosza jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza, a na otwór zaklada sie kapturek. Prawie cala powierzchnia zewnetrzna klosza pokryta jest witrazem. Ele- mentów tego zdobienia pozbawiony jest tylko spód klosza z jego pionowa scianka boczna oraz rejon otworu, czyli rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku. Wszystkie odmiany posiadaja witraz, który na czesci dolnej rozszerzajacej sie oraz na górnej zwezajacej sie wykonany jest z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. W czesci klosza o najwiekszym przekroju witraz wykonany jest z prostokatnych kawal- ków szkla o powierzchni kilka razy wiekszej od drobnych szkielek reszty witrazu. W czesci dolnej witraz jest znowu z takich samych kawalków szkla jak w czesci górnej klosza. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klosz znicza nagrobkowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac szklanego wazonu o okra- glym przekroju poprzecznym, rozszerzajacego sie szybko w góre od podstawy, a nastepnie zwezaja- cego sie lagodnie. Powierzchnia boczna klosza pokryta jest witrazem, za wyjatkiem spodu z jego scianka pionowa oraz rejonu przy samym otworze. Witraz jest wykonany z nieregularnych kawalków drobnego szkla, zas w rejonie najszerszym klosza z wiekszych od nich szklanych kawalków prostokat- nych. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. We wszystkich odmianach, za wyjatkiem odmiany czwartej, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci. Odmiana pierwsza przedstawiona na fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie ponadto tym, ze kolor drobnych szkielek witrazu w górnej czesci jest fioletowy – transparentny, nizej fioletowy, a prostokatne kawalki sa w kolorze fioletowym. Drobne szkielka w czesci dolnej sa koloru fioletowego. Odmiana druga przedstawiona na fig. 2 charakteryzuje sie równiez tym, ze kolor drobnych szkie- lek witrazu w górnej czesci jest zielony – transparentny, nizej zielony a prostokatne kawalki sa w kolorze zloto zielonym. W czesci dolnej szkielka sa znowu koloru zielonego. Odmiana trzecia, przedstawiona na fig. 3, charakteryzuje sie równiez tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w kolorze bialym mlecznym i kolorze bialym transparentnym. W górnej czesci jest kolor bialy transparentny nizej prostokatne kawalki sa w kolorze bialym mlecznym. W czesci dolnej szkielka sa koloru bialego mlecznego. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in six varieties, differing in color scheme and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) Grave candle shade with stained glass, predominantly purple – Fig. 1, 2) Grave candle shade with stained glass, predominantly green – Fig. 2, 3) Grave candle shade with stained glass, predominantly white – Fig. 3. The industrial design of the grave candle shade takes the form of a transparent, thick glass vase with a circular cross-section, widening rapidly from the base and then tapering gently upwards, taking on a tubular shape near the edge of the opening. The bottom of the shade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the diameter of the shade at its widest point. The bottom of the shade is designed to be placed in the base of the grave candle, and a cap is placed over the opening. Almost the entire outer surface of the shade is covered with stained glass. Only the underside of the shade, with its vertical side wall, and the opening area, i.e., the areas hidden in the base and cap, are devoid of this decorative element. All varieties feature stained glass, which is made of small, irregular pieces of glass in the lower, widening section and the upper, narrowing section. In the section of the shade with the largest cross-section, the stained glass is made of rectangular pieces of glass with a surface area several times larger than the fine glass in the rest of the stained glass. In the lower section, the stained glass is again made of the same pieces of glass as in the upper section of the shade. The space between the pieces of glass is filled with grout. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The lampshade for the tombstone votive candle, according to the industrial design, takes the form of a glass vase with a circular cross-section, widening rapidly upwards from the base and then tapering gently. The lateral surface of the lampshade is covered with stained glass, except for the bottom with its vertical wall and the area near the opening itself. The stained glass is made of irregular pieces of fine glass, while the widest area of the lampshade is made of larger rectangular glass pieces. The space between the pieces of glass is filled with a grout. In all varieties, except for the fourth variety, this grout is a dark gray shade. The first variety, shown in Fig. 1, is also characterized by the color of the fine stained glass pieces in the upper part being transparent purple, the lower part purple, and the rectangular pieces being violet. The small pieces of glass in the lower part are purple. The second variety, shown in Fig. 2, is also characterized by the color of the small pieces of glass in the upper part being transparent green, the lower part green, and the rectangular pieces golden-green. The lower part of the glass is green again. The third variety, shown in Fig. 3, is also characterized by the fact that the side surfaces are covered with stained glass in milky white and transparent white. The upper part is transparent white, the lower rectangular pieces milky white. The lower part of the glass is milky white.
