Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie zdobie- niem, kolorystyka, elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Dekor umieszczony jest trzykrotnie. Spód klosza jest plaskim talerzykiem o piono- wych sciankach bocznych i srednicy mniejszej od srednicy klosza w kazdym innym miejscu. Spód klosza jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza, a na otwór zaklada sie kapturek. Rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku pozbawione sa wszelkiego zdobienia. Przestrzen miedzy szkielkami witraza we wszystkich odmianach wypelniona jest fuga. Fig. 1–4 przedstawiaja klosz znicza nagrobkowego wedlug odpowiedniej odmiany w widoku per- spektywicznym. Klosz na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada postac przezroczystej, szklanej pekatej wazy z grubego szkla, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym. Ksztalt wazy zblizony jest do kuli, ewentual- nie nieco splaszczonej, z tym, ze spód pojemnika jest plaskim talerzykiem o pionowych sciankach bocz- nych i jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza. Otwór posiada pionowy kolnierz, na który zaklada sie kapturek. We wszystkich odmianach umieszczony jest trzykrotnie dekor symbolizujacy plomien. Poza powierzchnia przykryta dekorem powierzchnia boczna klosza pokryta jest witrazem wy- konanym z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. Ilustruja to fig. 1–4. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klosz na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada postac przezroczystej, szklanej pekatej wazy, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym. Charakteryzuje sie on tym, ze jego zewnetrzna powierzchnia, oprócz rejonów spodu oraz kolnierza przy otworze zdobiona jest witrazem z drobnych nieregularnych barwionych albo przydymionych szkielek i dekorem w ksztalcie plomienia. Dekor wychodzi z dolnej cze- sci klosza trzykrotnie. Jest on stylizowany na „stare zloto" figura nr 1 i figura nr 4 lub „stare srebro" figura nr 2 i figura nr 3. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. We wszystkich odmianach, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci. Odmiana pierwsza przedstawiona na fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie ponadto tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru zlotego z czarnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy. Spód klosza – okolo ¼ powierzchni – jest oklejony szkielkami w kolorze czarnym z których wychodzi azurowy dekor w kolorze starego zlota. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in four varieties, differing in ornamentation, color scheme, and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) A grave candle shade with a decoration and stained glass in shades of gold with black rose-shaped elements and a flame-shaped decoration placed three times – fig. 1, 2) A grave candle shade with a decoration and stained glass in shades of silver and a flame-shaped decoration placed three times – fig. 2, 3) A grave candle shade with a decoration and stained glass in transparent multi-coloured shades and a flame-shaped decoration placed three times – fig. 3, 4) A grave candle shade with a decoration and stained glass in shades of brown and a flame-shaped decoration placed three times – fig. 4. The grave candle shade according to the industrial design has the form of a transparent vase made of thick glass, covered with a glass decoration. forming the stained glass window, and also covered with a decorative element that covers approximately 20% of the surface. The decorative element is applied three times. The bottom of the lampshade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the lampshade's diameter elsewhere. The bottom of the lampshade is designed to be placed in the base of the candle, and a cap is placed over the opening. The areas hidden in the base and cap are devoid of any decoration. The space between the stained glass panes in all varieties is filled with grout. Figs. 1–4 show a perspective view of the lampshade of a grave candle of the appropriate variety. The lampshade for the industrial design takes the form of a transparent, thick, bulging glass vase with a circular cross-section. The shape of the vase is similar to a sphere, possibly slightly flattened, but the bottom of the container is a flat plate with vertical sides and is designed to be placed in the base of the candle. The opening has a vertical collar over which a cap is placed. In all varieties, a decoration symbolizing a flame is placed three times. In addition to the surface covered with the decoration, the side surface of the shade is covered with stained glass made of small, irregular pieces of glass. This is illustrated in Figs. 1–4. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The candle shade according to the industrial design takes the form of a transparent, bulbous glass vase with a circular cross-section. It is characterized by its outer surface, except for the bottom and collar areas near the opening, being decorated with stained glass made of small, irregular colored or smoky glass and a flame-shaped decoration. The decoration emerges from the lower part of the shade three times. It is styled as "old gold" (figure no. 1 and figure no. 4) or "old silver" (figure no. 2 and figure no. 3). The space between the pieces of glass is filled with a joint. In all varieties, this joint is dark, in a shade of gray. The first variety, shown in Fig. 1, is also characterized by its side surface being covered with stained glass in shades of gold with black rose-shaped elements. The bottom of the shade – approximately ¼ of its surface – is covered with black glass, from which emerges an openwork decoration in the color of old gold. The decoration is applied to the surface three times: the inner upper surface of the shade is galvanized, creating a mirror effect that directs the light from the bottom of the candle. The second variant, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized by the side surface being covered with stained glass in shades of silver and an openwork decoration in the color of antique silver. The bottom of the shade – approximately ¼ of the surface – is covered with black glass and an openwork decoration in the color of antique silver applied to the surface three times extending from the black glass. The upper surface is galvanized from the inside, creating a mirror effect that directs the light from the bottom of the candle. PL 25923 3 The third variant, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized by the side surface being covered with stained glass in multicolored, transparent shades. The bottom of the lampshade – approximately ¼ of the surface – is covered with black glass, from which an openwork pattern in the color of old gold emerges. The decoration is applied three times to the surface. The center of the lampshade is not galvanized. The fourth variant, shown in Figure 4, is characterized by the fact that the side surface is covered with stained glass in shades of brown. The bottom of the lampshade – approximately ¼ of the surface – is covered with black glass, from which an openwork pattern in the color of old gold emerges. The decoration is applied three times to the surface, the inner upper surface of the lampshade is galvanized, creating a mirror effect that directs the light from the bottom of the candle.
