PL 25277 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru jest klosz znicza nagrobkowego. Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w pieciu odmianach, rózniacych sie zdobieniem, kolorystyka, elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Wykaz odmian: 1) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z dekorem i witrazem w odcieniach koloru zlotego z czarnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy – fig. 1. 2) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z dekorem i witrazem w odcieniach koloru bialego z czarnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy – fig. 2. 3) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z dekorem i witrazem w odcieniach koloru czerwonego ze srebrnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy – fig. 3. 4) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z dekorem i witrazem w odcieniach koloru czarnego ze srebrnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy – fig. 4. 5) Klosz znicza nagrobkowego z dekorem i witrazem w odcieniach koloru czarnego – fig. 5. Klosz znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac przezroczystej wazy, z grubego szkla, pokrytej zdobieniem ze szkiel tworzacych witraz, oraz pokrytej równiez dekorem który zakrywa okolo 20% powierzchni. Spód klosza jest plaskim talerzykiem o pionowych sciankach bocznych i srednicy mniejszej od srednicy klosza w kazdym innym miejscu. Spód klosza jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza, a na otwór zaklada sie kapturek. Rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku pozbawione sa wszelkiego zdobienia. Przestrzen miedzy szkielkami witraza we wszystkich odmianach wypelniona jest fuga. Fig. 1–5 przedstawiaja klosz znicza nagrobkowego wedlug odpowiedniej odmiany w widoku perspektywicznym z boku. Klosz na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada postac przezroczystej, szklanej pekatej wazy z grubego szkla, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym. Ksztalt wazy zblizony jest do kuli, ewentualnie nieco splaszczonej, z tym, ze spód pojemnika jest plaskim talerzykiem o pionowych sciankach bocznych i jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza. Otwór posiada pionowy kolnierz, na który zaklada sie kapturek. W odmianach 1–5 kolnierz otworu znicza okala dekor, który schodzi w dól z jednej strony tylko na odleglosc porównywalna z wysokoscia kolnierza, zas z drugiej strony konczy sie w rejonie klosza o najwiekszej srednicy. Poza powierzchnia przykryta dekorem powierzchnia boczna klosza pokryta jest witrazem wykonanym z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. Ilustruja to fig. 1–5. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klosz na znicz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada postac przezroczystej, szklanej pekatej wazy, o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym. Charakteryzuje sie on tym, ze jego zewnetrzna powierzchnia, oprócz rejonów spodu oraz kolnierza przy otworze zdobiona jest witrazem z drobnych nieregularnych barwionych albo przydymionych szkielek i azurowym dekorem. Dekor jest umieszczony niesymetrycznie w górnej czesci klosza. Jest on jednobarwny stylizowany na „stare zloto" figura nr 2 i lub „stare srebro" figura nr 1, figura nr 3, figura nr 4 i figura nr 5. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. We wszystkich odmianach, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci. Odmiana piata charakteryzuje sie fuga biala. Odmiana pierwsza przedstawiona na fig. 1 charakteryzuje sie ponadto tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru zlotego z czarnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy i azurowym dekorem w kolorze starego zlota. Odmiana druga przedstawiona na fig. 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru bialego z czarnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy i dekorem w kolorze starego srebra. Odmiana trzecia przedstawiona na fig. 3 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru czerwonego ze srebrnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy, a dekor jest w kolorze starego srebra. Odmiana czwarta przedstawiona na fig. 4 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru czerwonego ze srebrnymi elementami w ksztalcie rózy, a dekor jest w kolorze starego srebra. Odmiana piata przedstawiona na fig. 5 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze powierzchnia boczna pokryta jest witrazem w odcieniach koloru czarnego, a dekor jest w kolorze starego srebra. W kazdej z tych odmian fuga pomiedzy szkielkami tworzy kompozycje sprawiajaca wrazenie siatki. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in five varieties, differing in ornamentation, color scheme, and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) Grave candle shade with a decoration and stained glass in shades of gold with black elements in the shape of a rose – fig. 1. 2) Grave candle shade with a decoration and stained glass in shades of white with black elements in the shape of a rose – fig. 2. 3) Grave candle shade with a decoration and stained glass in shades of red with silver elements in the shape of a rose – fig. 3. 4) Grave candle shade with a decoration and stained glass in shades of black with silver elements in the shape of a rose – fig. 4. 5) Grave candle shade with a decoration and stained glass in shades of black – fig. 5. The grave candle shade according to the industrial design has the form of a transparent vase, made of thick glass, covered with a decoration made of glass creating stained glass, and also covered with a decorative element that covers approximately 20% of the surface. The bottom of the lampshade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the lampshade's diameter elsewhere. The bottom of the lampshade is designed to be placed in the base of the candle, and a cap is placed over the opening. The areas hidden in the base and cap are devoid of any decoration. The space between the stained glass panes in all varieties is filled with grout. Figs. 1–5 show a side perspective view of the lampshade of the appropriate variety. The lampshade for the industrial design takes the form of a transparent, thick, rounded glass vase with a circular cross-section. The shape of the vase is similar to a sphere, possibly slightly flattened, but the bottom of the container is a flat plate with vertical side walls and is designed to be placed in the base of the candle. The opening has a vertical collar over which a cap is placed. In varieties 1–5, the collar of the candle opening is surrounded by a decorative element, which extends downward on one side only by a distance comparable to the height of the collar, while on the other side it terminates in the area of the largest diameter of the shade. In addition to the surface covered by the decorative element, the side surface of the shade is covered with a stained glass panel made of small, irregular pieces of glass. This is illustrated in figures 1–5. Essential features of the industrial design: The candle shade according to the industrial design takes the form of a transparent, bulging glass vase with a circular cross-section. It is characterized by its outer surface, except for the underside and the collar at the opening, being decorated with stained glass made of small, irregular colored or smoky glass and an openwork decoration. The decoration is placed asymmetrically in the upper part of the lampshade. It is monochromatic, stylized as "old gold" (figure no. 2) and or "old silver" (figure no. 1, figure no. 3, figure no. 4, and figure no. 5). The space between the glasses is filled with a grout. In all varieties, this grout is dark, in a shade of gray. The fifth variety is characterized by a white grout. The first variety, shown in Fig. 1, is also characterized by the fact that the side surface is covered with stained glass in shades of gold with black rose-shaped elements and an openwork decoration in the color of old gold. The second variant, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized by a side surface covered with stained glass in shades of white with black rose-shaped elements and antique silver decor. The third variant, shown in Fig. 3, is characterized by a side surface covered with stained glass in shades of red with silver rose-shaped elements and antique silver decor. The fourth variant, shown in Fig. 4, is characterized by a side surface covered with stained glass in shades of red with silver rose-shaped elements and antique silver decor. The fifth variant, shown in Fig. 5, is characterized by a side surface covered with stained glass in shades of black and antique silver decor. In each of these variants, the joint between the glass panes creates a mesh-like composition.
