PL 26062 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru jest klosz znicza nagrobkowego. Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w pieciu odmianach, rózniacych sie kolorystyka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Spód klosza jest przeznaczony do umieszczenia go w podstawie znicza, a na otwór zaklada sie kapturek. Prawie cala powierzchnia zewnetrzna klosza pokryta jest witrazem. Elementów tego zdobienia pozbawiony jest tylko spód klosza z jego pionowa scianka boczna oraz rejon otworu, czyli rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku. Wszystkie odmiany posiadaja witraz, który na czesci dolnej rozszerzajacej sie oraz na górnej zwezajacej sie wykonany jest z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. W czesci centralnej klosza umieszczony jest plastikowy dekor w ksztalcie krzyza stylizowany na „stare zloto" – Fig. Nr 1 oraz stylizowany na stare srebro – Fig. nr 2 i Fig. Nr 3 – Fig. nr 4 i Fig. Nr 5. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Klosz znicza nagrobkowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac szklanego wazonu o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym, rozszerzajacego sie szybko w góre od podstawy, a nastepnie zwezajacego sie lagodnie. Powierzchnia boczna klosza pokryta jest witrazem, za wyjatkiem spodu z jego scianka pionowa oraz rejonu przy samym otworze. W centralnej czesci klosza umieszczony jest dekor w ksztalcie krzyza. Witraz jest wykonany z nieregularnych kawalków drobnego szkla, z wstawkami innego koloru które obrazuja forme kwiatu. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. We wszystkich odmianach, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci. Odmiana trzecia przedstawiona na fig. 3 charakteryzuje sie tym, iz calosc jest wykonana ze szkla o róznych odcieniach bialych z wstawkami w kolorze czarnym symbolizujace kwiat. The essence of a pattern is the characteristic form of the object of the pattern, manifested in its shape, form, surface decoration and colors used. The object of the industrial design is made in five varieties, differing in colors and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. List of varieties: 1) Shade of a tombstone candle with a cross-shaped decor and stained glass, mostly gold in color with black elements - fig. , 3) Shade of a tombstone candle with a cross-shaped decor and a stained-glass window with a predominance of white color and black elements - fig. a tombstone with a cross-shaped decor with a stained glass window in a multi-colored color - multicolor - Fig. 5. The lamp shade, according to an industrial pattern, has the form of a transparent glass vase made of thick glass, with a round cross-section, widening quickly from the base and then narrowing gently towards upwards, taking on a tubular shape near the edge of the hole. The bottom of the lampshade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the diameter of the lampshade at its widest point. The bottom of the lampshade is designed to be placed in the base of the candle, and a cap is placed over the hole. Almost the entire outer surface of the lampshade is covered with stained glass. Only the bottom of the lampshade with its vertical side wall and the opening area, i.e. the areas hidden in the base and the cap, are devoid of any elements of this decoration. All varieties have a stained glass window, which is made of small, irregular pieces of glass on the lower, widening part and on the narrowing upper part. In the central part of the lampshade there is a plastic cross-shaped decor stylized in "old gold" - Fig. No. 1 and stylized in old silver - Fig. No. 2 and Fig. No. 3 - Fig. No. 4 and Fig. No. 5. The space between the joint is filled with glass. Important features of the industrial design The lamp shade of the tombstone lamp, according to the industrial design, has the form of a glass vase with a round cross-section, expanding quickly upwards from the base, and then narrowing gently. The side surface of the lampshade is covered with stained glass, except for the bottom the vertical wall and the area near the opening. In the central part of the lampshade there is a cross-shaped decor. In all varieties, it is made of irregular pieces of small glass, with inserts of a different color that represent the shape of a flower dark gray grout. The first variety, shown in Fig. 1, is characterized by the fact that the entire structure is made of glass in various shades of gold with black inserts symbolizing a flower. The plastic cross-shaped decor placed on the lampshade is stylized as "old gold". ". The second variety, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized by the fact that the whole thing is made of glass in various shades of black with silver inserts symbolizing a flower. The plastic decor in the shape of a cross, placed on the lampshade, is stylized as "old silver". The third variety, presented in Fig. 3, is characterized by the fact that the whole thing is made of glass in various shades of white with black inserts symbolizing a flower. The fourth variant, shown in Fig. 4, is characterized by the fact that the entire structure is made of glass with various shades of silver. The fifth variety, presented in Fig. 5, is characterized by the fact that the whole thing is made of transparent glass in various multi-colored shades.
