Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w pieciu odmianach, rózniacych sie kolorystyka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Elementów tego zdobienia pozbawiony jest tylko spód klosza z jego pionowa scianka boczna oraz rejon otworu, czyli rejony chowane w podstawce i kapturku. Wszystkie odmiany posiadaja witraz, który na czesci dolnej rozszerzajacej sie oraz na górnej zwezajacej sie wykonany jest z drobnych nieregularnych kawalków szkla. W czesci centralnej klosza umieszczony jest plastikowy dekor w ksztalcie krzyza stylizowany na „stare zloto" – Fig. Nr 1 oraz stylizowany na stare srebro – Fig. nr 2 i Fig. Nr 3 – Fig. nr 4 i Fig. Nr 5. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the design object, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation, and color scheme. The industrial design object is made in five varieties, differing in color scheme and stained glass elements, shown in the attached illustration. The grave candle shade according to the industrial design has the form of a transparent, thick glass vase, with a A circular cross-section, rapidly widening from the base and then tapering gently upwards, taking on a tubular shape near the edge of the opening. The bottom of the shade is a flat plate with vertical side walls and a diameter smaller than the shade's diameter at its widest point. The bottom of the shade is designed to be inserted into the base of the votive candle, and a cap is placed over the opening. Almost the entire outer surface of the shade is covered with stained glass. Only the bottom of the shade, with its vertical side wall, and the area around the opening, i.e., the areas hidden in the base and cap, lack this decorative element. All varieties feature stained glass, which is made of small, irregular pieces of glass on the widening lower part and the narrowing upper part. The stained glass is made of irregular pieces of fine glass, with inserts of a different color that represent the shape of a flower. The space between the glass panes is filled with grout. In all varieties, this grout is dark, gray. The first variety, shown in Fig. 1, is characterized by the fact that the entire unit is made of glass in various shades of gold with black inserts symbolizing a flower. The plastic cross-shaped decoration placed on the shade is stylized as "antique gold." The second variety, shown in Fig. 2, is characterized by the fact that the entire unit is made of glass in various shades of black with silver inserts symbolizing a flower.
