Opis wzoru przemyslowego Klosz znicza nagrobkowego Przedmiotem wzoru jest klosz znicza nagrobkowego w podstawie z wiatrochronem. Istota wzoru jest charakterystyczna postac przedmiotu wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, formie, zdobnictwie powierzchni oraz zastosowanej kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego wykonany jest w czterech odmianach, rózniacych sie kolorystyka i elementami witraza, przedstawionych na zalaczonej ilustracji. Podstawa klosza, dla wszystkich odmian, jest wykonana z czarnego akrylu, wyprofilowana pod katem okolo 60 stopni przeznaczona jest w jednej czesci jako podstawa, druga czesc przeznaczona jest do umieszczenia klosza. W widocznej czesci podstawy, która zostala wystylizowana na ksztalt otwartej ksiazki, zostal wykonany otwór w celu umieszczenia ww. klosza. Wzdluz widocznej czesci podstawy na calej jej szerokosci zostal umieszczony dekor o ksztalcie i kolorystyce analogicznej do dekoru znajdujacego sie na odpowiedniej odmianie klosza. Z lewej strony podstawy zostal umiejscowiony napis „Wieczny odpoczynek .." w kolorze analogicznym do koloru dekoru. Na kazdy klosz zakladany jest metalowy wiatrochron z otworami umozliwiajacymi palenie sie wewnatrz wkladu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Klosz znicza nagrobkowego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac szklanej tuby o okraglym przekroju poprzecznym. Powierzchnia boczna klosza pokryta jest witrazem, za wyjatkiem czesci, w której znajduja sie dekory imitujace metalowe pólpierscienie ograniczone z dolu i góry zdobiona obramówka w ksztalcie dwóch równoleglych linii. Witraz jest wykonany z nieregularnych kawalków drobnego szkla. W dwóch odmianach tj. figura nr 1 oraz figura nr 4 umiejscowione sa wstawkami innego koloru które obrazuja forme kwiatu rózy. Przestrzen pomiedzy szkielkami wypelniona jest fuga. We wszystkich odmianach, jest to fuga ciemna w odcieniu szarosci prócz figury Nr 3 – figura ta ma fuge w kolorze zloto-zóltym. Odmiana pierwsza przedstawiona na fig. 1.1 oraz 1.2 charakteryzuje sie tym iz calosc jest wykonana ze szkla o róznych odcieniach koloru czarnego z wstawkami w kolorze srebrnym symbolizujace kwiat rózy. W srodkowej czesci klosza oraz w skrajnej, górnej czesci znajduje sie dekor wokól klosza, imitujacy metalowe pólpierscienie ograniczone z dolu i góry zdobiona obramówka w ksztalcie dwóch równoleglych linii. The essence of the design is the characteristic form of the subject of the design, manifested in its shape, form, surface ornamentation and applied colours. The subject of the industrial design is made in four varieties, differing in colours and stained glass elements, presented in the attached illustration. List of varieties: FIGURE No. 1 Illustration no. 1.1. and 1.2. Glass shade for a grave candle covered with stained glass filled with a joint in the base made of acrylic, and a metal windbreak in gold. Shade covered with stained glass in the form of glass with a predominance of black with silver elements in a rose motif. In the middle part of the lampshade and in the extreme, upper part, there is a decoration around the lampshade imitating metal half-rings limited at the bottom and top by a decorated frame in the shape of two parallel lines. Lampshade covered with stained glass made of pieces of glass in gold with black elements in a rose motif. In the middle part of the lampshade and in the extreme, upper part, there is a decoration, around the lampshade imitating metal half-rings limited from the bottom and top by a decorated frame in the shape of two parallel lines. The decoration is stylized in gold. The base of the lampshade, for all varieties, is made of black acrylic, profiled at an angle of about 60 degrees, is intended in one part as a base, the other part is intended to place the lampshade. In the visible part of the base, which has been stylized in the shape of an open book, a hole has been made in order to place the above-mentioned lampshade. Along the visible part of the base, along its entire width, a decoration has been placed in the shape and color of the decoration on the appropriate lampshade variety. On the left side of the base, the inscription "Eternal rest .." has been placed in a colour similar to the colour of the decoration. A metal windbreak with holes allowing the insert to burn inside is placed on each lampshade. Essential features of the industrial design: The lampshade of the grave candle according to the industrial design has the form of a glass tube with a round cross-section. The side surface of the lampshade is covered with stained glass, except for the part in which there are decorations imitating metal half-rings limited at the bottom and top by a decorated frame in the shape of two parallel lines. The stained glass is made of irregular pieces of fine glass. In two varieties, i.e. figure no. 1 and figure no. 4, there are inserts of a different colour which depict the shape of a rose flower. The space between the glasses is filled with grout. In all varieties, it is a dark grout in shades of grey except for figure No. 3 – this figure has a golden-yellow grout. The first variant shown in fig. 1.1 and 1.2 is characterised by the fact that the whole is made of glass in various shades of black with silver inserts symbolising a rose flower. In the central part of the lampshade and in the extreme, upper part there is a decoration around the lampshade, imitating metal half-rings limited from the bottom and top by a decorated frame in the shape of two parallel lines. The decoration is stylised as old silver. The second variant shown in fig. 2.1 and 2.2 is characterised by the fact that the whole is made of glass in various shades of silver. In the middle part of the lampshade and in the extreme, upper part, there is a decoration around the lampshade, imitating metal half-rings limited from the bottom and top by a decorated frame in the shape of two parallel lines. The decoration is stylized as old silver. The third version shown in fig. 3.1 and 3.2 is characterized by the fact that the whole is made of pieces of mirror with a gold-colored joint. In the middle part of the lampshade and in the extreme, upper part, there is a decoration around the lampshade imitating metal half-rings limited from the bottom and top by a decorated frame in the shape of two parallel lines. The decoration is stylized as gold. The fourth version shown in fig. 4.1 and 4.2 is characterized by the fact that the whole is made of glass in various shades of gold with black inserts symbolizing a rose flower. In the middle part of the lampshade and in the extreme, upper part there is a decoration around the lampshade, imitating metal half-rings limited from the bottom and top by a decorated frame in the shape of two parallel lines.
