Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element dekoracyjny w postaci kalki, etykiety lub motywu dekoracyjnego umieszczany na powierzchniach zastaw stolowych, kubków, naczyn, pojemników, garnków, pokrywek i sztucców. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów graficznych tworzacych element dekoracyjny oraz w ich kolorystyce i stylizacji. The essence of an industrial design is a new, individualized form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the graphic elements constituting the decorative element, as well as in their color scheme and styling. Essential features of an industrial design: A decorative element according to an industrial design in the form of a tracing paper, label or decorative motif placed on the surfaces of tableware, cups, vessels, containers, pots, lids and cutlery, having an irregular shape, on the surface of which there are stylized, multi-colored component plant elements, has the following essential features: In the first variant, the decorative element according to the industrial design has a multi-colored irregular surface made of single component floral and plant motifs, wherein the first component element of the design according to the first variant, located in the central part, is a yellow flower spreading from the bottom, the stem and leaves of which are made in gray and various shades of gray, the second component element of the first variant, located in the upper left part of the design, is a composition of a yellow flower and gray leaves bounded by an arc line, the third component element of the first variant is a yellow flower on a gray a stem leaning to the left and situated under the flower constituting the first component, the fourth component of the first variety is a branch with leaves made in light yellow, hanging vertically down below the second component, the fifth component of the first variety is a branch with leaves directed upwards and situated at the very top of the decorative element and made in light yellow.
