Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, znajdujaca zastosowanie w tapicerstwie do wykonywania pokryc mebli wyscielanych. Tkanina moze znajdowac równiez zastosowanie w wykonywaniu tapicerki samochodowej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - ilustrujacej tkanine w widoku z góry. The fabric can also be used in car upholstery. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, fig. 1 - illustrating the fabric in a top view. The fabric is also presented in the form of a material sample as fig. 2. The upholstery fabric, according to the industrial design, is made of natural and artificial fibers. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the upholstery fabric is soft to the touch. It has a fleshy texture. Its surface is decorated with irregularly placed one above the other thin stripes in a color different from the rest of the fabric.
