Tkanina obiciowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, znajdujaca zastosowanie w tapicerstwie, w wykonywaniu pokryc mebli wyscielanych. Tkanina moze byc równiez stosowana do wykonywania tapicerki samochodowej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.1 - ilustrujacej tkanine w widoku z góry. Przedmiot wzoru zostal równiez zilustrowana w formie próbki, fig. 2. Tkanina obiciowa, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moze byc wytworzona z wlókien naturalnych lub z wlókien sztucznych. Jej osnowe tworza2 rozmieszczone obok siebie naprzemiennie i krzyzujace sie wzajemnie wlókna o zmieniajacej sie grubosci i niejednorodnej barwie. Powierzchnia tkaniny stylizuje melanz róznej grubosci wlókien, przenikajacych sie wzajemnie, w bardzo wielu odcieniach tej samej barwy. Tonacja odcieni barwy tkaniny jest i ciemna i jasna. The fabric can also be used for automotive upholstery. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, imbued with character by lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, illustrating the fabric from a top view. The subject of the design is also illustrated in the form of a sample, Fig. 2. The upholstery fabric, according to the industrial design, can be made from natural or synthetic fibers. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The upholstery fabric has a rough texture. Its warp is formed by two intersecting fibers of varying thickness and heterogeneous color, arranged alternately. The fabric's surface is a stylized melange of fibers of varying thickness, interpenetrating each other, in many shades of the same color. The fabric's color tones are both dark and light.
