Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, znajdujaca zastosowanie w tapicerstwie do wykonywania pokryc mebli wyscielanych. Tkanina moze znajdowac równiez zastosowanie w wykony- waniu tapicerki samochodowej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - ilustrujacej tkanine w widoku z góry oraz w formie próbki materialu, fig. 2. Tkanina obiciowa, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wytworzona z wlókien naturalnych i z wlókien sztucznych. Wypukle i wklesle formy maja zarys niewielkich prostokatów, przy czym wypukle prostokaty sa utworzone z dolegajacych scisle do siebie rzadków wlókien. Rzadki wlókien sa naprzemiennie jasne i ciemne. Wklesle formy sa w nieco innym kolorze niz wypukle formy co nadaje powierzchni tkaniny niejednorodna barwe. The fabric can also be used in car upholstery. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, fig. 1 - illustrating the fabric in a top view and in the form of a material sample, fig. 2. The upholstery fabric, according to the industrial design, is made of natural and artificial fibres. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the upholstery fabric has a soft and rough texture. The roughness of the texture is created by convex and concave shapes arranged in rows one above the other. Convex and concave shapes have the outline of small rectangles, with the convex rectangles being made of closely adjacent sparse fibers. The sparse fibers are alternately light and dark. The concave shapes are in a slightly different color than the convex shapes, which gives the fabric surface a non-uniform color.
