Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko, przeznaczone do bezposredniej konsumpcji. Ciastko, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc sprzedawane luzem lub konfekcjonowane w przezroczystych i/lub zdobionych pudelkach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 ilustruje ciastko w widoku z góry, natomiast Fig. 2 przedstawia ciastko w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze ciastko ma okragly, regularny ksztalt, o bryle przypominajacej splaszczony krazek. Dolna podstawa ciastka jest plaska, zas wierzch ciastka jest wypukly, o lukowo wygietych krawedziach bocznych. W widoku z boku ciastko ma zarys plaskiego kopca. Ciastko ma forme rozety, z rozmieszczonymi naprzemiennie, rozchodzacymi sie od srodka trójkatnymi polami, w dwóch róznych barwach, jasnej i ciemnej. Faktura ciastka jest miesista i porowata. The biscuit, according to the industrial design, may be sold loose or packaged in transparent and/or decorated boxes. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape of the surface, arrangement of lines, contours, colours, material and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the biscuit in a top view, while Fig. 2 shows the biscuit in a side view. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the biscuit has a round, regular shape, with a body resembling a flattened disc. The lower base of the biscuit is flat, while the top of the biscuit is convex, with arched side edges. In the side view, the cookie has the outline of a flat mound. The cookie has the form of a rosette, with alternating triangular fields spreading from the center, in two different colors, light and dark. The texture of the cookie is fleshy and porous.
