Ciasteczko biesiadne Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciasteczko biesiadne, przeznaczone do bezposredniej konsumpcji. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture oraz material. Ciasteczko biesiadne moze byc wytwarzane w sposób przemyslowy, rzemieslniczy lub chalupniczy z ciasta. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia ciasteczko w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i od frontu, zas fig.2 - uwidacznia ciasteczko w przekroju poprzecznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze ciasteczko biesiadne jest uksztaltowane w formie geometrycznej bryly o zarysie wydluzonego trójkata w widoku z góry. Powierzchnia ciasteczka jest pofaldowana, oplywajaca czekolada. Struktura ciasteczka w przekroju poprzecznym charakteryzuje sie przebiegajacymi z góry na2 dól nieregularnymi limami i pasami w kolorze jasniejszym i ciemniejszym, przylegajacymi do siebie. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and materials. The festive cookie can be manufactured industrially, by hand, or by a home-made dough. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the cookie in a perspective view from the side and front, while Fig. 2 shows the cookie in cross-section. The essential features of the industrial design include that the festive cookie is shaped in the form of a geometric solid with the outline of an elongated triangle when viewed from above. The cookie's surface is undulating, flowing with chocolate. The cross-sectional structure of the cookie is characterized by irregular lines and stripes running from top to bottom, in lighter and darker colors, adjacent to each other.
