Wafelek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wafelek, przeznaczony do bezposredniej konsumpcji. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, strukture oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 2, zaprezentowanego na fotografii, fig.1 i fig.3 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze powierzchnia wafelka jest chropowata, charakteryzujaca sie drobnymi wypuklosciami. Ma on budowe warstwowa, gdzie naprzemiennie, pomiedzy warstwa wafla jest umieszczona warstwa nadzienia. Wafelek jest uksztaltowany w formie splaszczonej bryly, której powierzchnia frontowa ma zarys zblizony do prostokata, przy czym jedna krawedz tej bryly jest sfalowana. Powierzchnia frontowa wafelka jest zdobiona ornamentem wykonanym z masy czekoladowej. Zdobienie stanowia wypuklosci o róznej grubosci i wysokosci, w formie odcinków prostych lub wygietych w ksztalcie przypominajacym litere „V". The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, imbued with characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the wafer from the front, variants 1 and 2; Fig. 2 illustrates the wafer variant 1 from the underside; and Fig. 3 shows the wafer variant 2 from the underside. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in photographs Fig. 1 and 2, include the wafer's rough surface, characterized by fine protrusions. It has a layered structure, with a filling layer placed alternately between the wafer layers. The wafer is shaped as a flattened solid, the front surface of which has a rectangular outline, with one edge of this solid being wavy. The front surface of the wafer is decorated with an ornament made of chocolate mass. The decoration consists of protrusions of varying thickness and height, in the form of straight or curved sections in a shape resembling the letter "V." The underside of the wafer surface is not covered with chocolate mass. Among the significant features of the industrial design, variant 2, presented in photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, is that the wafer surface is rough, characterized by fine protrusions. It has a layered structure, with a filling layer placed alternately between the wafer layers. The wafer is shaped like a flattened block, the front surface of which has an outline close to a rectangle, with one edge of this block being wavy. The front surface of the wafer is decorated with an ornament made of chocolate mass. The decoration consists of protrusions of various thicknesses and heights, in the form of straight or curved sections in a shape resembling the letter "V".
