Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ciastko z kremem, przeznaczone do bezposredniej konsumpcji. Ciastko z kremem, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc sprzedawane luzem lub konfekcjonowane w przezroczystych i/lub zdobionych pudelkach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 ilustruje ciastko w widoku z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia ciastko w widoku z boku, natomiast Fig. 3 przedstawia ciastko w widoku perspektywicznym z boku. Powierzchnia ciastka jest krucha, gladka i jednobarwna. Faktura ciastka jest miesista i porowata. According to the industrial design, the cream cake may be sold loose or packaged in transparent and/or decorated boxes. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, imparted by the surface shape, arrangement of lines, contours, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the cake from above, Fig. 2 shows the cake from above, and Fig. 3 shows the cake from above in perspective. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the industrial design include that the cream cake from above has a round, regular shape, with a shape resembling a flattened disc. The bottom base of the cookie is flat, while the top is convex, with arched side edges. From the side, the cookie has the outline of a flat mound. The surface of the cookie is crisp, smooth, and monochromatic. The texture is fleshy and porous.
