Wyrób kosmetyczny Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób kosmetyczny, w postaci sprasowanego pudru, cienia do powiek, rózu na policzki lub inny. Wyrób kosmetyczny jest przeznaczony do poprawiania i do podkreslania kobiecej urody. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wyrób nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The product is reproducible. A cosmetic product, in accordance with the industrial design, can be manufactured industrially or by hand. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, illustrating the cosmetic product in a perspective view. The cosmetic product, in accordance with the industrial design, is pressed and placed in a container with a hinged lid. The container is made of plastic. The container lid is transparent. The pressed surface of the cosmetic product features convexities and, between them, grooved recesses that outline the contours of a convex design depicting a stylized, multi-petaled flower.
