Warstwa polewy czekoladowej ozdobiona jest pokruszonymi orzechami oraz fantazyjnymi liniami z bialej czekolady. Przedmiot wzoru przeznaczony jest do konsumpcji. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, kolorystyce, ele- mentach zdobienia, nadajacych wzorowi przemyslowemu nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której: Fig. 1 – przedstawia jablko na patyku zawierajace polewe czekoladowa posypana do polowy pokruszonymi orzechami i pokryta w górnej czesci liniami z czekolady bialej. The chocolate coating is decorated with crushed nuts and fanciful lines of white chocolate. The subject of the design is intended for consumption. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, colors, and decorative elements, giving the industrial design a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which: Fig. 1 – shows an apple on a stick with a chocolate coating half-sprinkled with crushed nuts and covered with white chocolate lines on the top. The chocolate-coated apple on a stick shown in Fig. 1 has the shape of a sphere covered with a chocolate coating of dark or milk chocolate. The chocolate coating is decorated with crushed nuts up to half the apple, and the top is covered with white chocolate lines, as shown in Figure 1. The essential features of the Chocolate-Coated Apple on a Stick industrial design are that it is covered with a layered coating.
