The bird according to the industrial design is distinguished by its novelty and originality. The chocolate bird according to the design is shaped like an owl. It has a head with defined eyes and ears, a body with defined wings, and a tail. The bird's surface is openwork and colorful—as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3. The bird is made of milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate. In the first design variation, the bird is brown, as shown in Figure 1. It is made of milk chocolate.
