Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest patera do produktów spo zywczych, zw laszcza owoców lub ciast. Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa posta c patery przejawiaj aca si e w jej kszta lcie oraz ornamentyce. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia pater e w widoku z boku; fig. 2 - t e sam a pater e z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: Patera przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 2 ma posta c p laskiego, okr ag lego talerza z wywini etym rantem, zaopatrzonego w nog e. Dolna kraw ed z talerza jest zaokr aglona. Talerz jest zaopatrzony w od- lewany ornament w postaci kwiatów z listkami, rozmieszczony na ca lej powierzchni talerza. Noga stanowi podstaw e patery. Noga w widoku z góry ma kszta lt okr ag ly, przy czym roz- szerza si e ona w kierunku do lu. W widoku z boku noga ma kszta lt dzwonu. Dolna kraw ed z nogi jest pogrubiona. The essence of the design is a new form of the platter, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: fig. 1 - shows the platter in a side view; fig. 2 - the same platter from above. Essential features of the industrial design: The platter shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2 has the form of a flat, round plate with a rolled-up rim, provided with a leg. The lower edge of the plate is rounded. The plate is provided with a cast ornament in the form of flowers with leaves, distributed over the entire surface of the plate. The leg is the base of the platter. The leg in the top view has a round shape, which widens towards the bottom. In the side view, the leg has a bell shape. The lower edge of the leg is thickened.
