Istot e wzoru stanowi nowa posta c patery przejawiaj aca si e w jej kszta lcie i ornamentyce. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia pater e w widoku z boku; fig. 2 - t e sam a pater e z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: Patera przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 2 ma posta c okr ag lej, p lytkiej misy z pogrubionym rantem, zaopatrzonej w nog e. Misa jest zaopatrzona w ornament w postaci szeregu lukowych linii, rozmieszczo- nych wokó l obwodu misy, prostopadle od jej pogrubionego rantu do wewn atrz w kierunku nogi. Noga ma posta c kolumny o przekroju okr egu. W miejscu po laczenia z mis a noga jest zaopatrzo- na w obwodowe zgrubienie. W widoku z boku noga jest szersza w miejscu po laczenia z mis a, ni zej zw eza si e, ponownie rozszerza, nast epnie w oko lo jednej trzeciej wysoko sci od podstawy ponownie zw eza, przy czym w miejscu tego zw ezenia noga jest zaopatrzona w obwodowe zgrubienie. The essence of the design is a new form of the platter, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows the platter from the side; Fig. 2 - the same platter from above. Essential features of the industrial design: The platter shown in Figs. 1 to 2 is in the form of a round, shallow bowl with a thickened rim, provided with a leg. The bowl is provided with an ornament in the form of a series of arcuate lines arranged around the circumference of the bowl, perpendicularly from its thickened rim inward towards the leg. The leg is in the form of a column with a circular cross-section. At the point of connection with the bowl, the leg is provided with a circumferential bulge. In a side view, the leg is wider at the point of connection with the bowl, narrows below, widens again, then narrows again about one-third of the way from the base, where the leg is provided with a circumferential bulge. Below the bulge, the leg widens again slightly, then narrows slightly and connects to the two-step base. The leg is decorated from the point of connection with the bowl to the lower stop with a series of longitudinal wavy lines arranged around its circumference. Meanwhile, from the lower bulge to the base, the leg is decorated with wavy lines arranged slightly diagonally around the circumference of the leg.
