Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawek sluzacy do odstawiania goracych naczyn. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przed- miotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Podstawek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt okragly. Powierzchnia górna podstawka jest azurowa i posiada wyciecia ulozone we wspólsrodkowe pierscienie. Przy krawedzi zewnetrznej wyciecia maja ksztalt zblizony do fasolek, w nastepnym pierscieniu sa na przemian okragle i o ksztal- cie zblizonym do wydluzonego szesciokata, natomiast w kolejnym pierscieniu sa owalne, zas przy srodku, który stanowi okrag, maja ksztalt lezki. Powierzchnia górna podstawka, od strony zewnetrznej, przechodzi w dól tworzac kolnierz wyprofilowany w równomiernie rozmieszczone na obwodzie nózki podporowe. Od spodu podstawek w srodku posiada kolek podporowy, a mniej wiecej w polowie dlu- gosci promienia jego tarczy, pierscien podporowy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to ksztalt i rozmieszczenie wyciec azurowej powierzchni górnej podstawka. Wyciecia te ulozone sa we wspólsrodkowe pierscienie. Przy krawedzi zewnetrznej wyciecia maja ksztalt zblizony do fasolek, w nastepnym pierscieniu sa na przemian okragle i o ksztal- cie zblizonym do wydluzonego szesciokata, natomiast w kolejnym pierscieniu sa owalne, zas wokól srodka, który stanowi okrag, maja ksztalt lezki. Ponadto powierzchnia górna, od strony zewnetrznej, przechodzi w dól tworzac kolnierz wyprofilowany w równomiernie rozmieszczone na obwodzie nózki podporowe, zas od spodu podstawek posiada w srodku kolek podporowy, a mniej wiecej w polowie dlugosci promienia jego tarczy, pierscien podporowy. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the trivet, Fig. 2 - a top view, and Fig. 3 - a bottom view. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the object, manifested in its shape. According to the industrial design, the trivet is circular. The upper surface of the trivet is openwork and has cutouts arranged in concentric rings. At the outer edge, the cutouts are shaped like beans; in the next ring, they are alternately round and shaped like an elongated hexagon; in the next ring, they are oval, and at the center, which is a circle, they are teardrop-shaped. The upper surface of the stand, on the outside, merges downward, creating a collar profiled with evenly spaced support legs around its circumference. At the bottom, the stand has a support ring in the center, and approximately halfway along its radius, a support ring. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape and arrangement of the cutouts in the openwork upper surface of the stand. These cutouts are arranged in concentric rings. At the outer edge, the cutouts are shaped like beans; in the next ring, they are alternately round and shaped like an elongated hexagon; in the next ring, they are oval, and around the center, which is a circle, they are teardrop-shaped.
