Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw naczyn stolowych skladajacy sie z wazy, patery, kloszu 'kokoszka' z pólmiskiem, tacy, tortownicy, koszyka, miski, lyzki wazowej i miseczki. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowia nowe, posiadajace indywidualny charakter postacie przedmiotu przejawiajace sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów graficznych tworzacych wzór oraz w ich kolorystyce i stylizacji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia waze, Fig. 2 - patere, Fig. 3 - klosz 'kokoszka' z pólmiskiem, Fig. 4 - tace, Fig.5 - tortownice, Fig. 6 - koszyk, Fig. 7 - miske, Fig. 8 - lyzke wazowa, Fig. 9 - miseczke. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Wszystkie czesci zestawu charakteryzuja sie specyficznymi ksztaltami uwidocznionymi na zalaczonej ilustracji oraz charakterystyczna dekoracja skladajaca sie ze szlaczku wykonanego stemplami w tonacji zielono-czerwono-czarno-niebieskiej. Podstawowy motyw kwiatowy sklada sie z zielonych galazek z listkami i czerwono-zóltymi kwiatami (ilosc galezi i kwiatów w zaleznosci od ksztaltu i wielkosci wyrobu). Dopelnieniem dekoracji sa luzno rozrzucone niebiesko-pomaranczowe male rózyczki. Dekoracja jest rozmieszczona na poszczególnych naczyniach zestawu w sposób uwidoczniony na ilustracji. The essence of the industrial design is the new, individually characterful forms of the item, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the graphic elements making up the design, as well as in their colors and styling. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the vase, Fig. 2 - the cake stand, Fig. 3 - the 'kokoszka' lampshade with a platter, Fig. 4 - trays, Fig. 5 - cake stands, Fig. 6 - basket, Fig. 7 - bowl, Fig. 8 - ladle, Fig. 9 - bowl. Essential features of the industrial design: All pieces of the set feature specific shapes, as shown in the attached illustration, and a distinctive decoration consisting of a pattern stamped in shades of green, red, black, and blue. The basic floral motif consists of green branches with leaves and red-yellow flowers (the number of branches and flowers depends on the shape and size of the product). The decoration is complemented by loosely scattered small blue-orange roses. The decoration is arranged on individual vessels in the set as shown in the illustration.
