Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw naczyn stolowych skladajacy sie z talerzyka, kubka barylkowatego, kubka duzego, klosz „baba do sera" ze spodkiem, miski, miseczki, umywalki, pólmiska duzego „ryba", pólmiska malego „ryba". Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowia nowe, posiadajace indywidualny charakter postacie przedmiotu przejawiajace sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie elementów graficznych tworzacych wzór oraz w ich kolorystyce i stylizacji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia talerzyk, Fig. 2 - kubek barylkowaty, Fig. 3 - kubek duzy, Fig. 4 - klosz „baba do sera" ze spodkiem, Fig. 5 - miski, Fig. 6 - miseczki, Fig. 7 - umywalke, Fig. 8 - pólmisek duzy „ryba", Fig. 9 - pólmisek maly „ryba". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Wszystkie czesci zestawu charakteryzuja sie specyficznymi ksztaltami uwidocznionymi na zala- czonej ilustracji oraz charakterystyczna dekoracja skladajaca sie ze szlaczku wykonanego stemplami w tonacji niebiesko-zielono-czerwonej. Podstawowy motyw kwiatowy sklada sie z szesciu rodzajów kwiatków w kolorach: niebieskim, pomaranczowym i czerwonym, otoczonych liscmi w trzech odcie- niach zieleni. Dekoracja jest rozmieszczona na poszczególnych naczyniach zestawu w sposób uwidoczniony na ilustracji. The essence of the industrial design is the new, individual forms of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the graphic elements that make up the design and in their colors and styling. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a plate, Fig. 2 - a barrel-shaped mug, Fig. 3 - a large mug, Fig. 4 - a "cheese pot" lampshade with a saucer, Fig. 5 - bowls, Fig. 6 - small bowls, Fig. 7 - a washbasin, Fig. 8 - a large "fish" platter, Fig. 9 - a small "fish" platter. Essential features of the industrial design: All parts of the set are characterized by specific shapes shown in the attached illustration and a characteristic decoration consisting of a pattern made with stamps in blue, green and red tones. The basic floral motif consists of six types of flowers in blue, orange and red, surrounded by leaves in three shades of green. The decoration is arranged on the individual vessels of the set as shown in the illustration.
