Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1, prezentujacym naczynie w widoku ogólnym z góry oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej zdobienie naczynia w powiekszeniu. Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany.Obrzeze naczynia stolowego jest ozdobione azurowym szlaczkiem w powtarzalne wzory. Wzory sa utworzone z ulozonych fantazyjne otworów. Otwory maja zarys poprzecznych i ukosnych odcinków, niewielkich kólek, elips i figur o zarysie litery „V". Zewnetrzna krawedz naczynia jest sfalowana i ozdobiona zlota linia. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze pozóstala czesc naczynia jest ozdobiona motywem graficznym 1, na który skladaja sie rzucone luzno na powierzchni stylizowane kwiaty i liscie. Kolorystyka elementów motywu graficznego 1 jest utrzymana w tonacjach koloru zielonego, koloru zóltego, bordo, blekitu oraz rózu. Kwiaty motywu zostaly przedstawione jako rozkwitle kwiaty lub paki. Kwiat przedstawiony w widoku z góry ma zólty z niebieska kropka srodek, wokól którego sa rozmieszczone niebieskie platki. Spod niebieskich platków sa widoczne bordowe, zólte i postrzepione na obrzezach platki. Pod nimi znajduja sie rózowe, cieniowane platki. Lodyzki kwiatów sa cienkie. Maja zielone, cieniowane listki oraz niekiedy galazki z kwiatami lub z pakami kwiatów w kolorze niebieskim i zóltym. W sklad motywu graficznego 1 wchodzi galazka, zakonczona kwiatem, przedstawionym w widoku z boku. Ulozone schodkowo platki kwiatu sa w kolorze niebieskim, bordowym przechodzacym w kolor rózowy oraz w kolorze szarym. Odnoga lodyzki ma rozkwitle kwiatki w kolorze niebieskim z zóltymi obwódkami oraz liczne listki o róznych odcieniach. Podobne kwiatki i drobne Ustki swobodnie rozmieszczone na powierzchni stanowia elementy motywu graficznego 1. Na powierzchni naczynia sa ledwie widoczne cienie lodyzek. Cienie zostaly zaznaczone liniami w kolorze szarym. The industrial design is for tableware used in households, restaurants, and other catering establishments. The vessel is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, showing the vessel in a general top view, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the vessel's decoration in a magnified manner. The vessel is made of glass, preferably porcelain. The rim of the vessel is decorated with an openwork border in a repeating pattern. The patterns are created by fancifully arranged holes. The holes are outlined with transverse and diagonal segments, small circles, ellipses, and V-shaped figures. The outer edge of the vessel is wavy and decorated with a gold line. Among the significant features of the industrial design is the fact that the rest of the vessel is decorated with graphic motif 1, which consists of stylized flowers and leaves scattered loosely on the surface. The colors of the elements of graphic motif 1 are maintained in shades of green, yellow, burgundy, blue, and pink. The flowers in the motif are depicted as blooming flowers or buds. The flower shown from above has a yellow center with a blue dot, around which are arranged blue petals. Beneath the blue petals are visible burgundy, yellow, and frayed petals at the edges. Beneath them are pink, shaded petals. The flower stems are thin. They have green, shaded leaves and sometimes branches with flowers or flower buds in blue and yellow. Graphic motif 1 consists of a branch topped with a flower, shown in a side view. The flower's stepped petals are blue, burgundy fading to pink, and gray. The stem branch has blooming blue flowers with yellow borders and numerous leaves in various shades. Similar flowers and small stipes freely distributed on the surface are elements of graphic motif 1. The shadows of the stems are barely visible on the surface of the vessel.
