Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w innych zakladach zywienia. Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, prezentujacym naczynie w widoku ogólnym z góry, na którym fig. 1- ilustruje naczynie odmiana 1, zas fig.2 - naczynie odmiana 2. Wzór przemyslowy zostal zaprezentowany takzena zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie fig. 3 - pokazuje naczynie odmiana 1, natomiast fig.4 - naczynie odmiana 2. Naczynie stolowe, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. W widoku z góry ma zarys prostokata lub kola. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego odmiana 1, uwidocznionego na rysunku fig. 1 i na fotografii, fig. 3 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze powierzchnia naczynia jest zdobiona motywem plastycznym, utworzonym z rozrzuconych w dowolny sposób rysunków drobnych kwiatków 2 z lodygami, motyli 2 w róznych pozach, waszek 3, pszczól 4, biedronek 5 i innych owadów postrzeganych przez czlowieka jako symbol lata, ciepla i slonca. The industrial design is a tableware item for use in households, restaurants, and other catering establishments. The item is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of its lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design item is presented in the attached drawing, showing a general top view of the item. Fig. 1 illustrates item type 1, while Fig. 2 shows item type 2. The industrial design is also presented in the attached photographs, where Fig. 3 shows item type 1, and Fig. 4 shows item type 2. The tableware item, according to the industrial design, is made of glass, preferably porcelain. When viewed from above, it has the outline of a rectangle or circle. Among the essential features of industrial design variant 1, shown in figure 1 and photograph 3, is that the surface of the vessel is decorated with a plastic motif composed of randomly scattered drawings of small flowers 2 with stems, butterflies 2 in various poses, moths 3, bees 4, ladybugs 5, and other insects perceived by humans as symbols of summer, warmth, and sunshine. Among the essential features of industrial design variant 2, presented in figure 2 and photograph 4, is that the surface of the vessel is decorated with a plastic motif composed of randomly scattered drawings of small flowers! with stems, 2 butterflies in various poses, 3 wasps, 4 bees, 5 ladybugs and other insects perceived by humans as a symbol of summer, warmth and sun.
