Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naczynie stolowe, znajdujace zastosowanie w gospodarstwie domowym, w restauracjach oraz w róznych zakladach zywienia. Naczynie jest przeznaczone do podawania posilków oraz napojów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 - ilustrujacym naczynie z ornamentem i ornament w powiekszeniu oraz na fotografii, fig.2 - prezentujacej ornament naczynia w widoku ogólnym. Naczynie jest wykonane ze szkla, korzystnie z porcelany. Do cecji istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze naczynie stolowe posiada ornament, który stanowi motyw dekoracyjny 1, rozciagajacy sie wzdluz krawedzi. Motyw dekoracyjny 1 od zewnetrznej krawedzi tworzy szlaczek 2, na który skladaja sie równolegle wzgledem siebie linie w kolorze zlotym. Pomiedzy tymi liniami przebiega sfalowana linia Po obu stronach sfalowana linii, naprzemiennie, po jeden i po drugiej stronie sa rozmieszczone drobne listki a pomiedzy listkami kropki. Szlaczek 2 graniczy z dekoracja 3 wformie wytloczen powierzchni o ksztaltach stylizujacych liscie i galazki. Pod dekoracja. 3 rozciaga si£ pas 4. Pas 4 jest ozdobiony liniami przypominajacymi w swej formie galazki i listki kwiatów, ulozone jeden obok drugiego. Od strony zewnetrznej motyw dekoracyjny 1 ogranicza szlaczek § w kolorze zlotym. Szlaczek 5 jest utworzony z linii przebiegajacej równolegle do krawedzi naczynia, do której po obu jej stronach przylegaja rozchylone na boki listki zgrupowane po kilka sztuk. The item is intended for serving meals and beverages. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the item, given to it by its line features, color scheme, material, and ornamentation. The item is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, illustrating the tableware with ornamentation and a magnified view of the ornament, and in the photograph, Fig. 2, presenting a general view of the ornamentation. The tableware item is made of glass, preferably porcelain. The essential features of the industrial design include the tableware item's ornament, which is a decorative motif 1 extending along the edge. Decorative motif 1 forms a pattern 2 on the outer edge, consisting of parallel gold lines. Between these lines runs a wavy line. On both sides of the wavy line, small leaves are arranged alternately on one side and the other, with dots between the leaves. Border 2 borders decoration 3 in the form of surface embossments stylized as leaves and twigs. Beneath decoration 3 extends band 4. Band 4 is decorated with lines resembling flower twigs and leaves arranged side by side. On the outside, decorative motif 1 borders band § in gold. Border 5 is formed by a line running parallel to the edge of the vessel, to which, on both sides, are attached, grouped together, several leaves spread out sideways.
